LESSology challenge 9 ~ Inspiration Board

Hi, I am back here for ......

To make my Inspiration Board, I need an old frame, you know I can't pass out on any frame that cost less than a dollar at the thrift store...

I love white frame but since the wall on my craft room is white, I want to use a different color this time

We bought a new one this year, so the beads garland I used to hang all the holiday cards on the stairway is going to put into good used for my project....

when comes to LESSology's project, I always look into my "bits and pieces" box to see if I can find any left-overs suitable for my project, of course, I found all these small pieces of doilies....

now I have a place to organized my stuff, printed vintage images, photos for my upcoming project, tags, magazine cut-outs......

they are not all over the place now....

now I just my tall guy to hang this up on the wall for me, right in front of my craft desk!!!!

LESSology challenge 4 ~ Wall Art

Hi, I am sharing a project for LESSology Challenge #4 - Wall Art

If you haven't know yet, one of my dream is to live by the ocean, but too bad, I am living in the desert right now! : (
To get one step closer to my dream, I actually decorated my bathroom with a beach theme, but I couldn't find anything I like for the wall next to the bath tub, so I created one

a frame bought from thrift store, painted white and a little cracked effect

and now the recycling part, don't we all have maps from our last road trips?

Tada........

ahhhh..... now I feel closer to the seaside, I can even hear the waves......

Our sponsor for this challenge is

Tradefish Designs is generously offering our winner a $20 gift certificate to the Tradefish Designs store.

Hop right over to LESSology to see the lovely work of the design team

Challenge ends October 31, so come on and join us!

City Crafter Challenge Blog Week #58 ~ I've been framed!

Hey I am back... landed in LA 1.30 PM today and now in Vegas - HOME SWEET HOME! : )

This week at City Crafter is hosted by Cheryl Nelson
"I've been framed" is the theme - alter a frame or have frame somewhere in your project, isn't that a cool theme? I just love these talented gals at CCCB!

Here's a project I make for my aunt...

she asked me to make something for her office, so I've chose to do a frame with photos of her and her co-workers....

seeing here in both frames is my aunt.....

are lots of photos of her co-workers.....

I just love these rub-ons frame from my Pixie February Kit "Springtime Pixie"

and these chipboard frame too....

well, I had lots of fun playing with "I've been framed" at City Crafter Challenge Blog, I hope you will join in the fun!

Our Guest Designer this week is Colleen Dietrich
