Some Fun Unity creations

Happy Tuesday!!!

So today is a snow day so I figured perfect time for a blog post!!

Been having fun creating just for me!! There is no better stamps to work with than my tried and true unity stamps!!

I have been with Unity for a few years now how awesome is that? I feel so blessed to be working for this amazing company for so many years and the best part the people of course but also I just get so inspired by their products and customers!!

These stamps are created by an amazing artist

Tierra Jackson I just love her art and it makes it so easy to work with products when the art is so beautiful!!!

 I love this first stamp so much it reminds me of home and where I grew up in Nebraska now we were not farmers but I have family who are and I was able to go back home this past summer to their beautiful Farm it is a memory I will not forget that is for sure!!

Travelers journal pages

Happy Sunday folks!!

So sorry I have been MIA this week. I had family here visiting from Nebraska so I was just enjoying my time with them it went by way to quick it makes me sad!!!

Anyways I did a little crafting this morning and wanted to do more pages for this journal I think I am really going to only use Unity stamps for this there are just so many great stamps and this is just another way to stretch those unity stamps!!!

I usually just start off my gathering some bits and pieces and just go from there and there is always a ton of great quotes in the KOTM

Unity SOTW

Hey everyone!!!

Happy Monday I just wanted to quick pop in and share this weeks stamp of the week over at Unity.

This is a subscription that you can get to have a stamp sent to you weekly a fun way to get new stamps at you doorstep!!!

Love this stamp perfect for that coffee craze going on around blogland lol.

Anyways I just colored my image with my prisma colored pencils and used some Fall themed papers very simple and quick!!!

Thursday night with Unity

Happy Thursday everyone!!

I am here tonight with some new Unity super exciting stuff!!!

We have a new artist that created this gorgeous feather.

I have really been wanting to start one of these journals and found a couple of these travelers journals I guess that is what they call them and it worked out perfect because these were on clearance at Michaels.

So this is going to start my very first page using this incredible stamp.  Also what I love about these pages is that they are not that big so you don't feel so overwhelmed to fill a whole page. I really just got together a few embellishments and started putting my page together like that so fun!!!

 This is a picture of the whole book and it is leather on the outside very nice for just a few bucks!!!

Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

I thought I would play along this season with the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop this week. I never realized how many coffee stamps I actually have until I wanted to sit down and make a card for this amazing event lol.

So that being said i might actually do a couple of cards for this event using some of my favorite companies and the first one being Unity stamp company love this itty bitty stamp so cute you can check it out here.

For my card I just picked out some fun fall colors we have plenty of inspiration around CT these days!!! I colored my image with my distress markers and that is it and added a couple fun embellishments to finish off my card.

I just wanted to first start off by apologizing for not being on here as much as I would like. Without going into to much detail I will just say my family has had some life changes lately that really has not allowed me to craft as much as I would like so that being said I am just going to try and manage my time a little better which I have been horrible at lol. So I do hope you will stick with me while I try to figure these things out!! I appreciate each and everyone of you that does take the time to visit my blog!!

Ok so now onto a card a simple unity creation using a sentiment from a KOTM love these quotes and using them as a Focal point. this card came together really quick by just adding a few embellishments to finish it off.

Today I am sharing a pretty little card using some Unity.

I used the KOTM for this one if you are wanting some amazing quality stamps and a good variety you should check out the KOTM seriously a great way to get stamps at your door every month!!!

So as always I watercolored my image with my distress markers if you have just the inks those work just as well this is my favorite way of coloring my images!!!

Thursday Night with Unity

Happy Thursday!!!

I am back tonight with some fun Unity.

We have alot of fun releases tonight including this Phyllis Harris and there are a couple more I just love these stamps so cute and they come with the greatest sentiments!!!

I colored this card with my distress markers and finished off with some fun embellishments.

 This second card is a kotm card love this stamp and quote so much I colored this with my zig markers.

Today Is All About You

So today I am sharing this card over at the Unity blog today. For this one a used the May Kit Od the Month if you do not know about the kotm you can check out the info here.

I used my zig markers to color this image one thing I love about these markers is how bright the colors are!!

To finish my card I added Twine and sequins.

Unity Love

I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend I know I did relaxing with family and friends!!

I have a sweet little card for you today using some Unity this kit is called Tulips and Daisies such a pretty set with a couple of sentiments included love this kit!!!
I colored my image with my go to distress markers. I am still trying to figure out another way to take my pictures I have to say this has been a struggle of mine for a long time I am horrible at taking pictures lol!!!
Anyways here I just used some natural light. Let me know your tips for taking great pictures would love to hear them!!!

For today's card I used unity's latest SMAK kit love this kit Alot of great quotes along with some fun images as always!!!

I love when I can just use a quote as a focal point I do this alot with the quote stamps.  The paper and embellishments are from simple stories.

This kit is called Feather Soft Love it is pretty amazing love the feathers!!!

I decided to color this one with my peerless watercolors if you have not tried these they are so fun to use and some amazing colors!!!!

A little Unity share

Hey everyone!!

Just wanted to stop by and share this card that I posted over on the unity blog yesterday.

So for this image I used this month's KOTM and I just love this image and sentiment. I colored the girl with my zig markers and the pattern paper is from Authentique. I also had to add some twine and a couple enamel dots which are a little hard to see in my picture.

Hey everyone

 I am back with another project.

This one today is from unity the stamp I used is from their stamp of the week make sure to check out the info on that.

Succulents are everywhere lately and I just love this beautiful stamp!!!

I water colored my image for this one you all know by now it is my go to for coloring!!

To finish my card I added my twine of course and some wood dots thought it tried in goo with the nature feel of this card.
