What's poppin? - Simon Says Stamp June 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share my first card using the newest June 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Step Right UpThis month's kit is full of summery fun - perfect for carnivals, movie nights, and happy nostalgic memories! The included Having Fun stamp set has some fun images that pair with some of the dies included in the kit. There is some fun new Heat and Fluff (which is MAGICAL on the popcorn!), Scratch and Sniff stickers (takes me back to my childhood!), exclusive printed papers, craft fluffs, additional dies, and that's all not to mention the cardstock, notecards, and more! And, there is also a coordinating die set for the stamp available that is live in the store now as well!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

I had SOOO much fun making realistic popcorn for this card! I mean, that Heat and Fluff is absolute magic for this! I used the 3D Box and Popcorn die, die cutting the box from the Schoolhouse red cardstock in the kit, then stamping the strips on the box with the Having Fun stamp set. I blended a bit of the Scattered Straw distress oxide ink on the die cut popcorn pieces, then added little dabs of the Heat and Fluff and heat set it to "pop" up my popcorn! I assembled everything together, and used one of the panels of pattern paper in the kit for my cardfront, adding some white cardstock with a torn edge and layered up across the front. Stamped a sentiment, wrapped around some jute twine to tie in a bow, and embellished with some fun little sparkly stars! Here is a closer look at all the details - especially check out the detail on that popcorn(!!!):

Leaf Shaker Card - Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice Release

Good morning! I have another card to share today, again using the NEW Sugar and Spice Release from Simon Says Stamp! Yesterday I shared a pair of cards using a fun new stamp and die combo...and afterwards, I realized I had some perfectly good negative panels leftover. I hate letting things go to waste, and love to stretch those leftovers to create a new card idea - so I turned those panels into a shaker!

I had two of those panels left from yesterday's cards using Printmaking Leaves, so I started off by adhering them together to get a slightly sturdier panel. I backed the panel with some Lawn Fawn Favorite Flannel 6x6 pattern paper, and filled it with Trinity Stamps Coarse Sparkling Sugar embellishments - so fun for a shaker! I stamped several sentiments from the stamp set, trimmed them into strips, and matted them with black cardstock, popping those up with foam on the right side of the card. I also grabbed a scrap of the same pattern paper, matted it in black, and added it on the left side. I added a Jute String bow on top, then embellished with lots of Dazzling Gems in Opal to finish off! Here is a closer look at this fun card:

Lots of Thanks - Simon Says Stamp November Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first cards using the newest November 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Give ThanksThis month's kit is perfect for the month of November with a theme of thankfulness! The included stamp set has a fun image and several great sentiments for combining, (there is a matching die set available HERE as well), and then another sweet mini sentiment stamp set as well (also with a coordinating die available HERE). There is an amazing layering stencil with coordinating die, and that's all not to mention the embellishments, ink cubes, cardstock, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

I started off my card by using 3 of the 4 ink cubes in the kit (Sangria, Honey, and Cabbage) to swipe directly on a panel of white cardstock. I swiped a couple times gently for lots of fun texture! I trimmed that panel down a bit, then added my main image from the Counting Blessings stamp set, and the sentiments from the Small Thanks stamp set. I also stamped a couple of the tiny hearts from that set int he same tone on tone ink colors over top of the ink swiping, then popped it up with foam adhesive to a cardbase created with the Ivory cardstock in the kit. Finished off by wrapping around some Jute String, and tying it in a bow, and carefully adding a touch of Glossy Accents on each of those tiny stamped hearts! Here is a closer look at this finished card:

Felt Stitched Chicken - Spellbinders

Hello! Dropping by with something a little different today! I recently got some fun dies designed  from Spellbinders to play with, and the timing couldn't have been better, since I also had recently ordered a pack of felt to play with!

The die I used was called Felt Cozy Cluck - and I used the Trend Collection of felt - love these warm colors! I stitched it together with white embroidery floss using a mix of two different stitches, and added a bit of polyester stuffing I happened to have on hand from many years ago. This made it a cute little plushy! I glued the beak on, and added wiggly eyes for fun as well. Finished off with a wrap of Ivory jute string, and added a bit of glue to hold the bow in place. Here is a closer look at this cute little chicken:

Stay Cozy Friend - Simon Says Stamp December Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first card using the newest December 2024 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Warmest Wishes! This month's kit is so cozy! I have a thing for Scandinavian design - this set totally nails it! The included stamp set by the same name features some festive images and sentiments (there is also a coordinating die for this set available separately HERE). There is a fun embossing folder, cute ink cubes, color blend cardstock panels, glitter embossing powder...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

For this card, I opened up the fun blend of ink cubes in the kit, and swiped them across the cardstock in a very abstract zig zag pattern - I was just playing with the inks to begin with, but then I loved how it turned out, and decided to use it on my card! I stamped the mittens in crisp black ink on top, then used a thin line sharpie to draw a little string connecting them - simple, but fun touch! I stamped the sentiments, then trimmed the panel down, and added a couple torn edge pieces of white cardstock on the top and bottom for texture. Added some twine, then popped that panel up with foam on a kraft cardbase. Finished off with a bit of Blizzard Nuvo Glitter Drops for a touch of sparkle! Here are more photos of this card:

Sunny Sunflower card - Simon Says Stamp

Hello! I'm back with a sunny sunflower card using some supplies from Simon Says Stamp - I love how this monochromatic design came out! I'm trying to hold onto summer for just a little bit longer - and today I'm also on my way to Kansas to visit a very dear friend for a week - sunflowers just happen to be the state flower of Kansas, so this card is perfectly appropriate!

I started off with a piece of Concord and 9th cardstock - I loved this pretty tone of yellow. I stamped the beautiful Sunflower Garden stamp in Honey Pawsitively Saturated inks for a tone on tone effect - and turned the cardstock to landscape instead of portrait, leaving the design hanging off the side. I wrapped some jute string around the other side a few times, and tied it in a bow at the top. For the sentiment, I grabbed Sunshine and Smiles stamp set, and stamped the main sentiment in that same Honey ink as the florals, then die cut with the coordinating dies. I popped that up with foam adhesive, then added a secondary sentiment from the Sunflower Garden stamp set, stamped in black, and trimmed to a banner shape. Here are more photos of this card all finished:

More People Like You - Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my another card using the newest August 2024 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Graceful Flowers! This month's kit has a lovely vintage floral vibe! The included stamp set by the same name features some beautiful florals, and pretty, scripty sentiments (there is also a coordinating die for this set available separately HERE). There is also some beautiful pattern paper, a fun embossing folder, flower die, ribbon, distress stain...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

For this card, I went for a twist beyond a shabby chic and modern feel - keeping the colors light and bright and airy to achieve that affect. I used the new Blossom Swag embossing folder on some of the pattern paper in the kit, then ink blended some tone on tone ink around the edges, and added some texture with a distress tool. I adhered that down on my cardbase, added the sentiment, stamped, die cut, and popped up with foam adhesive. Finished off with some Clear Drops from Pinkfresh, and a twist of jute string tied in a bow! Here are some additional photos of this card:

Baby Card Set - Pretty Pink Posh May Release Blog Hop Day 1

Good morning! I'm so excited today to be joining Day 1 of the release blog hop for the May Pretty Pink Posh release. There are lots of baby items included in this release, and I was super excited to play with all the cuteness included! Keep reading for more details on my cards, as well as hop and giveaway info at the bottom!

I needed to build my stash of baby cards a bit, so I was delighted to be able to put together a set of cards using a few of the new items, and a couple older items that paired up perfectly with them!

I started off with the new Onesie Shaker die, and cut the stitched version from several different Pinkfresh pattern papers. I then cut the tiny pattern paper hearts and stars from the same die set from alternating colors of the same pattern paper to pop up with foam adhesive on the front of each one. I die cut the second largest of the new Eyelet Squares die from white cardstock, and added sentiments at the top on each on from the new Sentiment Strips: Occasions stamp set. Then for each card, I created a background on Cream colored cardstock with the previously released Pierced Hearts and Pierced Stars coverplate dies. I layered everything up, with foam adhesive between layers, adding some texture with some jute string tied around the eyelet squares. I then finished off with a sprinkle of coordinating jewels in Raspberry, Watermelon, Cornflower, and Marigold. Here are lots of photos of these finished cards:
