In addition, all orders totaling over $25 will get this adorable die for free as well while supplies last (no code needed):

Now - on to my projects to share for the hop! I created two cards featuring the fun Folk Elements Die Set!

I actually started off by die cutting one of the cake elements from the new Make a Wish Coordinating Die Set from 3 different colors of bright happy cardstock. It made a perfect fun frame image for my Folk Elements!

I die cut those Folk Elements from the centers of my colorful cardstock shapes, then die cut them again from white cardstock. I adhered a bit of Scotch tape to the back of the frames, then inlaid the white die cuts and filled in the missing pieces with the other elements to get a solid and fun image.

I also die cut the new Let's Party Die Set layers from deep gray and white cardstock and layered those together for my sentiment.

It's a little difficult to see in the photos, but before I adhered those on my cardbases, I used the previously released Folklore Die to deboss the front of the card for some extra texture. Then mounted all my images with foam adhesive over the top. You can see the texture a bit better in this photo:

Now, you know I couldn't let those colorful negative pieces go to waste! So I also put together this super clean and simple design!

For this card I just used a glue pen to adhere those detailed images down, then stamped a beautiful sentiment from the new Oval Foliage Wreath Stamp Set underneath. Super easy, and no waste!

I know I've mentioned it before on my blog, but both my family and my husband's family have lots of Scandinavian Roots - his family from Norway, mine from Sweden - so I love the Scandinavian feel to these designs! And the detail is just so fun and incredible!

Now, I've been busily creating to have cards to bring along with me to Creativation (I leave in just a few days! EEEK!) - and I will be posting these on my blog in the days and weeks to come, but thought I would give you a small peek of some of the ones I've been working on!

First up - this one featuring the unique and fun Lost in the City Stamp Set

And I'm in LOVE with this beautiful Spring Floral Border Die - paired up with some Liquid Watercolors and another sentiment from the gorgeous Oval Foliage Wreath Stamp Set:

I love this floral swag from Heart and Soul Stamp set paired up with the Oval Foliage Die Set - they work so well together, and the Coordinating Heart and Soul Die makes using this image a breeze:

And finally, I ADORE the stunning Embroidered Blossoms Stamp set - and the perfect large sentiments in Scripted Bold Sentiments - with an additional little sentiment from Heart and Soul stamp set tucked on here as well:

Hello and welcome! I'm so EXCITED to be joining in my first time for the amazing Seasons Givings Blog Hop! If this is the first time you have joined this hop, it is a way to say THANK YOU to those who stop by, read, or comment here on my blog. There will be giveaways at EVERY stop along the hop. Some of your FAVORITE companies are joining in - and so many fabulous bloggers and friends. It is a HUGE hop - so make sure and grab your favorite cozy drink, and settle in for a fun time!

I have not one, not two, but THREE giveaways for you today!!! The first two are for US only, due to shipping costs - and then I have a 3rd for my international friends! NOTE: PLEASE make sure and let me know in your comment where you are from - that way I can enter you for the correct giveaway! :)

So - first up, I have a huge pile of Unity Stamps that I will be filling a flat rate parcel with - some are new, some are gently used - I just need to clear out some space and make room for all the lovely new goodies I keep getting!

Next up, same idea, but a bunch of Spellbinders dies and stamps - as before, some are new, and some are gently loved, but all have tons of life left in them and would love to come visit your home!

And finally - the INTERNATIONAL prize! These are all new, and I kept the size smaller so the shipping costs would be easier to handle for an international prize! We have a brand new Heffy Doodle Stitched Rectangle Dies - in Metric sizes! - as well as a stencil. Some Pretty Pink Posh jewels, and a Technique Tuesday mini stamp set and Simon Says Stamp mini stamp set!

Here is the entire blog hop line-up so you don't miss a single stop or giveaway:

So again - make sure and leave a comment to enter - and please tell me what country you live in so I can give you a chance to win the appropriate prize. Also - if you are international and willing to pay the shipping costs, feel free to let me know that as well - I will gladly ship the other prizes to you, I just suspect the shipping costs may be a bit high...

Thanks so much for stopping by - have a wonderful day!!!

Pinkfresh Studios July Release Blog Hop

Good morning! So excited today to be hopping along with Pinkfresh Studios as we celebrate the BRAND NEW July Release! You aren't going to want to miss a stop along the way - TONS of inspiration and prizes up for grabs! YAY!

I have a $25 gift card up for grabs here on my blog (details below) - and the ENTIRE RELEASE is up for grabs as well! See details on the Pinkfresh BlogPinkfresh Studio is also having a special promo in honor of the new release! Between now and July 13th head to the Pinkfresh Studio Store and use code "FREESHIPWITH50" for free US Shipping and $5.50 off international shipping!

I have two cards to share with you today using some of the new stamps and dies!

My first card features two fabulous dies that work together - or separately if you prefer! I used Fancy Floral 1 Die and Fancy Floral 2 Die layered together for my card today - die cutting them both from watercolor cardstock, then layering together with a glue pen over another panel of watercolor paper before adding a messy and splattery watercolor wash with some of the fabulous Pinkfresh watercolors in Sunshine, Aquamarine, and Sky Blue (with a touch of Sapphire mixed in). Can you see the lovely dimensional texture here?

I absolutely love the texture from this - but the possibilities with these dies are endless! You can layer together different colors of cardstock for another neat effect as well.

I finished off with a sentiment from the new Bloom Stamp Set, heat embossed on a piece of black cardstock with a bit of silver thread tucked underneath - and a few Pearl White Jewels from Pretty Pink Posh for a touch of bling.

For my second card, I have this simple and clean card featuring the fun new Pretty Paisley Stamp Set:

As soon as I saw this stamp set, this floral image caught my eye. It looked almost Scandinavian - and somehow the blue and white color combo seemed perfect for it. I stamped it in a repeating pattern on a panel of white cardstock in a medium blue ink, then stamped the sentiment from the same set below in navy ink. It's hard to see in the photos, but I also added some random dots in a softer blue ink using the snow image from the new Skating Bunnies Stamp Set - adds a fun bit of texture! Finished off with some machine stitching around the edges, a few Pinkfresh Enamel Dots, and a soft blue cardbase.

Which card is more your style? Clean, simple, and monochromatic? Or the texture and dimension with messy watercolor on the first card? And what is on your wish list from the new release?!?!?

SSS Friends Release Blog Hop - Galaxy Background Video Tutorial

Good morning - and welcome to Day 2 of a special Simon Says Stamp blog hop to celebrate the special Friends Release that happened last December! Since there wasn't a blog hop at the time of the release, SSS wanted to make sure it had it's time to shine - and of course celebrate with some fabulous prizes as well!

Late last year I discovered the fun of making watercolor galaxy backgrounds - and have been a bit addicted to them ever since! When I posted my first ones, I had several requests for a video tutorial - it took me FOREVER to get around to it (sorry!) - but I finally did make a video for the background I used on this card! The new From the Rooftops stamp set seemed like the perfect set to use for one of these backgrounds.

I can't help but thing that this background came out looking almost like an aurora borealis, which is perfect for this card! Here is that video:

For the rest of the card that went over the background, I used my favorite stamp set from this release, From the Rooftops. I stamped the mountain range several times, cut them out, and colored them with just two shades of Copic markers. I layered them all together behind a snowy hill cut with SSS Drifting Stitches dies, and added sparkly Nuvo drops on the tops of the mountains.

I die cut a rectangle from my galaxy background using SSS Wonky Rectangles, and added my mountains and snow drift over the top with foam adhesive. Sentiments from From the Rooftops were stamped and heat embossed on black cardstock, trimmed down, and then mounted with foam adhesive as well. Finished off by mounting the entire panel on a Fog cardbase!

GIVEAWAY INFO: Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 coupon at every stop along the hop - so make sure and leave some love as you hop along for a chance to win! Winners will be announced next Wednesday on the Simon Says Stamp Blog.

Now - here is the entire blog hop line-up so you don't miss a single stop:
