Where Mom Went -by Julie

Julie: So, Mom spent time with me on Saturday and I liked it.

I always like being with Mom.

On Sunday she was out all day.

Some of it was spent here.

The rest of the time she spent touring 3 homes 

all decorated for Christmas.

She said it was the 20th year this has been going on,

though she did not go to the first few years.

Because she was away Sunday, she owes me 

a lot of scritches and treats.

I think that's fair!

Midnight Monday with Julie

Julie: Mom went out Saturday afternoon and did not return

until Sunday night! She left us lots of food and water,

but still, she abandoned me (and my siblings)!

I tried to sleep while I waited for her.

I do not like it when Mom leaves me!

She said she went on her annual Christmas Tea and Tour.

They decorated the church hall Saturday night and on

Sunday afternoon, people came and had tea and food.

Then they went to 3 decorated houses to look at 

Christmas decorations.

She said they were nice and she enjoyed the tour.

I'm glad somebody enjoyed their weekend

because I did not!

I was happy when she came home because she did

give me lots of attention and treats!

Midnight Monday with Tillie

Guess what? Mom was busy with her sister

this weekend. They had projects they wanted 

to work on . They did this at Mom's sister's place.

I am wondering around because I miss Mom.

Mom has vacation left and she is taking days off

Mom, why don't you spend them with me???

Don't worry Tillie.I will spend time with you.

You know, I miss you too!! I just have one 

more busy weekend this weekend coming.

We are getting ready for the annual

 Tea and Tour!!

OK Mom. But remember, you promised!!

I'll remember Tillie.
