Love,love,love that Sunshine!

Julie: We had sunshine on Saturday, which was also

Halloween. After this pawsome snooze I went to a 

pawsome party at Billy the Time Cat's place.

As it was in the day, I was not bothered by

Trick or Treaters.

I got to enjoy those wonderful sunbeams.

Oh how good those warm rays feel on my furs!

Makes me feel sleepy.

Spring Is Coming

This past weekend was wonderfully warm. Mom kept trying to get us to come outside, but she should know by now that Mija and I just don't care for the out of doors, even if she's standing on the deck with the door open. So, she gave up, but she decided the house needed to be aired out, and she opened a window.

I hopped up onto the shelf and stuck my face in the warm breeze. WOW. You could smell a change in the weather. Mom didn't open the window far enough that I could be tempted to go out on the sill. I could just sit in the sunshine and the warm breeze.

After giving the air a lot of sniffs, I sat down to bask in the sunshine. Man was that nice. It's been so cold that I got kind of hot sitting here. Mom went into the living room to do some cross-stitch and I followed her, after a bit.

I decided that even with all the sunshine, sitting on the cat tree watching mom was the best place to be.

We've been seeing more of this sunshine stuff in Chicagoland. I like how warm it feels on my fur.

Mom says spring is a time for new beginnings. I have begun to like this new scratching post she got for us.

Sunshine. Toys. Yes, it's spring.

There Are Rumors

We have had a few days where this temperature thing is warm enough to be out on the deck.

Some of that white stuff is still in the back yard, but I'm not allowed to go there anyway. Plus, that stuff is cold and the ground is wet. I'm content to stretch.

And just be on the deck. Wait! Is that the sound of a robin?

Hmmm...I don't know.

The weather is getting better here. I like the warm sunshine.

Snowy Easter !

Well, here it is, Monday and Mom is back to work.

We have some sun, but might rain a bit later.

When we got up Easter morning look what we saw!!

Snow!!!!

We were not too happy. Well, actually Mom was not 

too happy! We are indoor cats,heehee

In the afternoon, the sun came out and melted a lot

of the snow!! Spring snow does not last long.

This pigeon stopped by for a snack 

that Mom put out earlier. Bet he was glad the snow melted too!!

Me, well I am going to enjoy the sun as long as it lasts today.

This ledge is just the right place.I can nap and watch Bird TV!

Midnight Monday with Tillie

Hi friends!! As you can see, I am relaxing on the porch.

This nice cozy blanket helps keep me warm,though the sun 

kept the place cozy.

It is such a nice place to have a little nap.

I was sharing with my brother JJ.

He likes cozy spots too.

He had to ask Mom to move the recycling bags,

so he could stretch out!!

Then he changed his mind and hopped 

on to the window ledge.

With Mom around,he did not want to miss an opportunity 

to get  some belly rubs!!!!!

Mom gives really good belly rubs too !!!

We love having Mom home with us!!!!

about sunshine the most?

The way it warms my furs!!

I like to hang out when it's sunny.

I like to have a bath.

Mostly, I like to sleep!!

Mostly, I just like to relax.

Today, I have to nap inside the house.

It is rainy and  the porch is cool.

It has been raining since Friday!!!

I want my sunshine back.
