Julie: I had a great weekend.

As you can see it was sunny and it was even warm.

Mum spent some time outside doing yard work.

She had help from her sister(Team Tabby)

Sunday was pretty nice too so I was on the porch.

I was checking to find the best spot for a nap.

There, now I am comfy.

Outside there was Bird TV.

Some pigeons dropped by for some cracked corn.

Yup, it was a pretty good weekend.

Now I will have that snooze.

Julie: I had a nice weekend.

I got lots of cuddles and scritches.

I got to hang out with mum a lot and even helped her

 clean out and organize the kitchen cupboards!

All that work requires a nice little nap.

All that organizing was hard  and relaxing on the porch is so nice.

I don't want to over do things,you know what I mean?

I'm pacing myself

Labour Day Monday with Julie

Julie: Hi friends. I am happy today because mum is home.

It is Labour Day Monday so I guess that means she will

be labouring on me today. Heehee!

I am feeling great after my dental where 2 teeth were stolen.

My mouth is not sore anymore.

Now I can enjoy the view out of this window.

I am watching Earl eating some seeds.

He is neat to watch, but I would still like to get out

and chase him!

I think I will have a little nap. 

This looks like a good spot.

The porch is a great place for napping.

I even have the company of my brother JJ.

We will enjoy a snooze and then a treat when mum brings it out

to us. Yes, we have her well trained!

Bath Time with Julie

Julie: Today is Monday

For humans, it is the beginning of a new week.

For cats, it is just another day.

It is good to start the day off with a bath.

I like to do this as it keeps my black furs looking shiny.

Mum always says to do behind my ears.

I don't know why. It is no different from any other 

part of my body and I do all of my body.

There,all done.

Now I can relax and enjoy my day.

Julie: When the sun sis shining, there is nothing better

than sitting on the porch and looking out the window.

It is a great pastime.Almost as good as sleeping!

Mum, don't bother me with that camera. I.m busy

relaxing and window watching.

Seriously mum, you need to photograph another cat!

Lazy Rainy Day on the Porch

Julie: It was a bit rainy on Sunday but I thought I would

go on the porch to see what was going on outside.

At first, there was not much to look at.

Then something caught my eye.

Just some birds and they did not stay long.

Do you want to see my view?

This is what I see from this position.

The bird feeder is to the right.

As you can see, it is pretty foggy ,but we have a break in the rain.

Since there is not much to see, I may as well have a nap.

However I think I need a change.

Julie: I like to relax on the porch when it is sunny.

The sun feels good on my furs and they get nice and warm.

Hi Mom. Did you want something?

Oh. You want to rub my belly? OK !

I would like that.

Gee! I did not realize you were giving me a belly rub 

with your foot.

That does not mean you have to stop!

I like any kind of belly rubs!

Julie: I was relaxing on the porch when Mom came along

and wanted to take some pictures.

Since I did not have to do anything, I said it was OK.

She even got a close up shot.

Oh boy! What a great weekend. The hots have finally arrived

and I got to spend the weekend on the porch.

I even had some company , namely my siblings.

My big brother JJ was relaxing with me.

 I also got to roll on the floor and Mom was there

to rub my tummy!

I love summer !

I also spent time looking out the window.

I saw this little guy I call Earl.

He was SO close!

I think he was teasing me and I wanted to go out and

chase him so badly!
