Monday Musings with Julie

Julie: Well, our weekend was not too bad.
It was cloudy and quite windy so I did not
spend much time on the porch.

Mum spent a lot of time reading so I spent a lot of time
on her lap.
That was really nice..

I also spent some time posing for her.
She really liked that.
She did pretty good except for the table leg coming out of my head.
But really, all you notice is me...right?

The wet snow we got on Friday was mostly washed away
bu the rain Friday night.

There is still some snow on the side yard that does not get as much
sun due to  there being more trees around.
This mourning dove does not seem to mind.
It is just happy that mum put out seeds and cracked corn.

While this coming week will be warmer, we should again see rain
starting Wednesday and lasting for many days.
Darn, I really want some warm sunshine!

Window Gazing with Julie

Julie: I am looking out of the window on the other side
of the house.

There are a lot of trees and the land slopes away from the house.
There is a road  leading to a neighbours house
and below that is a river.

The river feeds into the lake we see when we look
out of the front  when we are on the porch or in the kitchen.

There is not as much to see out of this window.
Behind me is a window that looks out onto the porch.

Now that I have done all this great posing,
could I possibly have a treat?

Midnight Monday with Tillie

Well, we had a really nice weekend.
It was sunny and the porch was warm and cozy!!
I got lots of belly rubs too, heehee
Mom wanted me to pose for her, so I said yes.
Here I am  relaxing on the kitchen floor.
It was warm from all the sunbeams as it is
west facing.

This is my favourite rug!
It is comfy and the colour suits my black furs.

Here, I am doing a side looking pose.

I hope you enjoyed my poses.
Because of my black furs, it is a challenge for
Mom to get me in focus, and the colours right and not
too dark or too overexposed in the sunshine.
She has to work a lot harder to get good pictures.
All I have to do is sit and look cute, heehee
I think I do that pretty well.
Have a pawsome week friends !!!!
