9 month pictures

About 6 weeks ago I got my babies pictures taken. I couldn't post them until now because I wanted to surprise Tay for fathers day. There were so many cute ones so I just made a collage. I will maybe a few separate but for now here they are...

Happy First Fathers Day!!!

Happy Fathers Day to the Best Daddy Ever!!!!
Tay's first fathers day was hopefully ok. We did the Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back this last weekend and didn't sleep at all on Friday and came home extremely tired, worn out and sick. Today was much better. Mckaylee has had a high fever so it has sad, but considering her condition she was pretty good. Taylor is such an amazing and sensitive and loving daddy! Here are a few shots of our day. I'll blog later about our Ragnar Relay experience, but I just wanted to say... I LOVE YOU! YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST DADDY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!

Boston here we come...

BOSTON HERE WE COME....
This last saturday (6/12/10) Taylor and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary by having a night away down in Provo :) We got a hotel room, went and had a huge sushi dinner (we ordered 9 rolls), and just relaxed the rest of the night. The only bad thing is we had to wake up at 3am in order to get on the buses for the marathon. We both ran the Utah Valley Marathon. I hurt my knee in the Ogden Marathon a few weeks back so I was not prepared for this marathon because I couldn't run much and I mentally was just not prepared, but I did it. Tay did amazing! He qualified for Boston with a 3:10:08 finish! I don't know if anyone realizes how amazing that is. He hardly ever ran more than 8 miles and he went out there and did what most people cannot do. I'm so proud of him! He is a specimen! We ran together for a few miles, but I couldn't keep up with him. I finished 3:17:33. I was happy to finish in that time because I wasn't feeling that great and it was pretty hard for me...especially the last 6 miles. I was happy to be done! It rained almost the entire time. It wasn't that cold, but rain doesn't make it super easy. It was a fun way to celebrate our anniversary! Now that we both qualified for Boston we will be heading there together in 2011!

This way at the start. We got up there 15 minutes before the race was supposed to start. That was kind of nice because you usually have to wait forever.
Keila is one of my running partners and did amazing!
Happy 5 years my love! BOSTON MARATHON 2011!!!

HAPPY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY MY LOVE!

HAPPY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!

I really can't believe that we have been married for 5 years. It has honestly been the most amazing 5 years of my life. We have been through so much together. It is weird to think that a little kiss on Katie Johnson Woods trampoline when we were 15 years old would turn into an eternity of happiness. I knew I was really lucky when I married you, but as time passes I realize how I really never knew how much I could love you. I truly love you more and more everyday. Becoming parents to our little angels has been such a growing experience. We have grown so much as a couple and as a family. You are honestly the best daddy in the entire world. I love when you get home and Mckaylee and Stocktons eyes light up, their smiles are from ear to ear and Mckaylee starts flapping. They love you so much! Most dad's don't connect with their kids as much as you have...you are as involved in their lives as I am. I wouldn't be able to survive without you! Thank you for all that you do!
I LOVE YOUR MORE THAN WORDS CAN EXPRESS!!!! HAPPY 5 YEARS MY LOVE!!!

First time in the pool--Happy Memorial Day!

First time at the swimming pool!!!
Memorial Day (May 31, 2010) was very memorable because we didn't know whether or not our children would like the pool. They love the bath, but the pool could be a different story. Sure enough they LOVED THE POOL!! It was so much fun. It was so fun to see their cute smiling faces. They hadn't even napped since the morning (and it was 4 in the afternoon) and they were as happy as ever. Stockton loved kicking his legs in the floaty toy. Mckaylee just loved holding the comb in her hand. This makes me even more excited for the summer. Daybreak pool here we come!
