Das doppelte Lottchen {Lottie and Lisa} #175

Hello everyone,

It's been ages once again.
If you ever wondered what I am doing...
Well, first of all Create A Smile really takes up a lot of time. Designing stamps, sending our orders, preparing releases, dicsounts,...
I still have a "daytime-job" at a youth center. I love my job, but it can be exhausting.

We also moved into my new happy place which I love so much. And Create A Smile has a huge office now - I simply love that!

Anyway.... today Anni and I are finally back with a new Lottie and Lisa - YAY!

For those new on my blog:
Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
For today I made a wish, and it is:

The Alley Way Stamps - Monster Madness

&

Enamel stickers.

I made this card AGES ago but Anni and I never found the time to both post - i really hope we can start posting more regularly again, because I miss our challenge a lot!

Here's the card. I used some crackling paste and a stencil for the background and think this bright card is a lot of fun:

Here's a close-up, so you can see the crackling paint a little better:

Today I made a wish, and it is:

Useless Trinkets - Keksdose (free Digi stamp)

&

Something textile

I picked my old pompom edging (is that the word?) as a textile element for my card and kept the ret super simple:

Das doppelte Lottchen #163 (three of them)

It's sunday, that means it's Lottie and Lisa time!

Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
Today I made a wish, and it is:

Memory Box Large Circle Burst Die

&

minimal coloring

Okay, I admit, I don't knoe what I was thinking when I came up with this challenge. I clearly had something in mind, but I just couldn't remember. So today I have three cards for you - from a very mininmal layout to a busy one, but all of them only have a little bit of coloring on them :)

The first card is the most minimal one. I used the die to create a stencil and inked some white pigment ink onto my kraft cardstock. The fox got a tiny bit of Polychromos coloriing.

Not coloring as much as I normally would  - so not coloring the best I could - freaked me out and I wasn't too pleased with the result, so I decided to make another one:

The second card got a more interesting Layout, is still pretty CAS and only has a bit of coloring because these images only need very little color. I liked how this turned out but thought I might try again...

The third card is super busy with lot of diecutting and stamping Action. Is has lots of dimension, different Textures and still not too much coloring:

Hoewever, I feel like I colored to much oneach of the cards, so I think I cheated on my own challenge - so sorry! Hope you liked the cards anyway!

Now hop over to Anni's blog to find her creation :) She'll knock your socks off ;)

Thanks for viisting!

Das doppelte Lottchen #161

It's sunday, that means it's Lottie and Lisa time!

Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
Today I made a wish, and it is:

My Favorite Things - Birthday Bears

&

use alphabet stamps

Well, those bears are just ADORBS and I had a blast coloring this little guy ()then my colorless blender ran out of ink, my refill is GONE (I know I put it somewhere is a safe place... too place obviously.. haha) so I had to re-order a new one, found out that cultpens.com is offering 30% off on Copics and refills now and BAM i placed an order - whoops - that's how things go, right? Has anyone ever managed to just order ONE copic item? Never ever. I won't believe you if you tell me you did ;)

I used an old Alphabet stamp set by The Alley Way Stamps - I always loved that font!

I also got a fuse tool this week and would like to share two cards that I made to try it out.
'1 is for our curent "Let's Create A Smile" inspiration Challenge at the Create A Smile Friends & Family Facebook group.
When I made this moodboard i strived through my stash and home to find a great color combo and to take matching photos and this is the result:

If you feel inspired by this and would like to win something - join the group, share your creation (including Create A Smile products or freebies) and have fun :)

This is my card using the fuse tool:

For the second card Birka from Mit Herz und Schere suggested we could make a card using the theme "round party" - and this was my result:
