Distressed for Flourishes

I made this distressed card for the challenge on Flourishes.
I used their new stamp set Garden Fairies and colored it with copics. I used a lot of Tea Dye distressed ink around the edges.  The die cut is from Flourishes Taylor Made Classic Keyhole.  I used several Spellbinders, Joy Craft and Cheery Lynn dies for this card and MS butterfly punch.  Finished the card with gold peel off borders.

Flourishes Christmas with a catch

Christmas with a catch is the challenge on Flourishes.    The challenge is to make a Christmas card that can be mailed easily. I do have some 3-D embellishments on this card but it still can be mailed in a regular envelope. I used the pretty poinsettia and pine stamp set, colored it with copic markers. The yellow background is a 6x6 embossing folder.  I stamped the poinsettia on a pretty die cut, no idea what company,  and backed that with a Joy Craft die. Added some embellishments to finish the card.

Flourishes, All in the date

It's all in the date challenge at Flourishes. My birthday is in June so my challenge was a birthday card in pinks.  I used their gorgeous roses are red set and embossed it on vellum with white EP.  I used copics to color it. I edged the image in gold and backed it with a Joy Craft die cut and a Spellbinders butterfly corner.  The sentiment is a gold peel off on the center of the Perfectly pierced victorian oval.  All dies and background paper were edged in gold. I added pink prima flower and leaves and a Martha Stewart butterfly.

Flourishes progressive challenge

Wow what a fun challenge Flourishes is having this week.  Getting ready for the new release next week the challenge is a progressive one. There are 8 things that you need to use on your card.  The first is to make a card that is NOT an A2 card, I'm using a 6x6 square card that I used the French flair die from Cheery Lynn to cut it out.  I added a smaller layer of the French Flair with patterned paper and edged both those layers with peel off gold borders.I sponged some distressed broken china ink on both layers. Then I cut out a Joy craft die in lavender and edged it with a gold pen.  I stamped and colored with copics the beautiful poinsettia and pine stamp from Flourishes and then cut it out by hand. I added a triple bow and a tag from Spellbinders with the saying from this set to finish this card.  The recipe for the card was:
Not an A2, floral image, Ribbon or lace, inspiration photo which was turq/pink, add a tag, rounded corners or curvy die, some antiquing, and a die cut. I think I made all of these.
