I'm enjoying the digital images by Power Poppy this week. Check out the gorgeous flowers and join in the fun. I printed the tulips off and colored them with copics and fussy cut them out. I ran the background through the cuttlebug and used a Cheery Lynn center of the oval die to make the corners. I added some gold edging and pearls and a double bow to finish the card.

Flourishes June Challenge, Natures Textures
Natures Textures is the challenge on Flourishes this month. I'm using the branch cuttlebug folder and highlighted it with some distress ink. the oval is from Memories from Joans Gardens and the stamp set is Pears from Flourishes. I colored the image with Copics on cryogen white paper. I added the ribbon to blend the top and bottom as my folder was an A2 folder and this is a 5x7 card. I added some mini fanciful flourishes, left and right from Cheery Lynn and a prima flower. Gold peel off corners finish the card. Be sure to check out the design teams creations for inspiration on Flourishes.

Arcrylic Distress and Best Buds
This pretty background is a version of the Technique lovers challenge on Split coast Stampers. I had to improvise on this technique because I don't have any acrylic paints. I used a 5x7 Madison cuttlebug folder and I took white washed coordination's paper used TH scattered straw distress ink all over it. Then I ran it through the cuttlebug and the color in the core was teal so I sanded off much of the teal and then used a Marvy ink pad to highlight the raised ridges. I then took shimmer mist and sprayed it on a paper towel and removed some of the color to make it look distressed. That worked great because now the background shimmers also. The borders are the gorgeous Border Carnivale from Cheery Lynn. The pretty calla lily is from Flourishes I colored it with copics and then cut it out. I added a bow and some gems to finish the card. I'm also using this card for the Monthly fan club theme, Best Buds. Remember for a mere $25 per year you get to interact with the Dirty Dozen on SCS and see their gorgeous creations, you also don't have to wait to have your uploads approved and many other benefits by paying this little amount to help keep SCS up and going. I'm also using this for the Stampin Sister in Christ flowers challenge. Be sure to check out all the gorgeous creations on all the sites.

Hearts and roses valentine
This pretty heart shaped card is for the sweethearts challenge over on Cheery Lynn Blog. I used the backing plate that come with the heart to heart doily set. There are the cut out dies and then solid dies for backing on the two largest hearts. For the center heart I used the smaller size from that set and just drew around it and made my own backing plate. I ran the top piece thru my vagabond with the 5x7 heart cuttlebug folder and using the brayer and Victorian velvet distressed in I made the Belleek background. The sentiment is from Flourishes new release. I added some leaves and ferns from a MS punch and some pretty little roses from Prima to finish the card. Be sure to check out the Cheery Lynn blog and join them, you may win a gift certificate for some of the gorgeous dies!!!! I'm also adding this to the Stampin Sisters in Christ challenge.

Stamping in time and Midnight madness
Our stamping in time challenge is lace and I also combined it with flower soft. The wonderful layout is from Priscilla's midnight madness.
I stamped this gorgeous saying and border from ODBD. I used flower soft after I colored the flowers and leaves. The die cut is a new one called from Cheery Lynn Designs, Kiwi oval which gives the lacy look!! I layered the card with a pretty pink background run through the cuttlebug with a dots folder, then the papers are from a new pack I bought at a convention called First Edition, spring feast by Mindy Terasawa by Trimcraft UK ltd. I added some peel off lace and then cut and colored and added flower soft to the pretty spool of thread with the measuring tape and scissors from ODBD. This is a stamp set with matching die. I added some bling from Michaels and edged everything with a silver pen. Be sure to check out both ODBD and Midnight Madness for the DT cards, they are always stunning and lots of inspiration!!

Cuttlebug and new folders
I saw this card on the cuttlebug challenge, they used it for a Christmas card, well it's way too hot for that here so I made it into the Birthday card. I used the newest embossing plus folders and some Bazzill bling paper, some DP and some peel off's and the flowers on the inside are iron ons from Walmart and I just used glue dots to adhere them.

Our daily bread challenge 21
I'm using this for two challenges today. Our daily bread challenge was to color an image, I used copics and cropped it to fit into this frame by cuttlebug. Martha Stewart punch for the butterfly. The challenge on Dare to get dirty was to ok to use a punch or die but no DP or ribbon. Wow that was the hard, LOL Did you know that if you pay about $25 per year to split coast you get to see a lot more cards and inspiration!!!! It's worth it!!

I used cuttlebug, Martha Stewart punch for the small heart and border and Nestabilities for the larger one. Peel off butterflies from K&C0.
