To bursdagskort til to søstre

Min svigerinne har hatt besøk av sine barnebarn fra Kristiansand.

Tinde hadde bursdag mens de var her 17 febr., og Kamille hadde bursdag i desember, så da lagde jeg like godt et kort hver til de begge to.

Ho har bursdag fredag 12 august, de er sjelden og aldri innom bloggen min, så jeg tar sjansen på å legge den ut.........

 

Når hun åpner den, finner ho dette....

Dies fra LittleB, MS bladpunch, blomster og halvperler fra woc, ramme fra Prima, mønsterpapir fra Maja design-summertime, og så har jeg hatt litt stickles stardust på blomstene, metallpynten tror jeg er fra ebay.

 

Boksen og skuffen.

 Oppå skuffen er det et staffelikort, med en personlig hilsen under.....

Skuffehåndtaket er fra Tim Holtz, og her kan dere se at jeg har brukt litt tyll, og festet noen halvperler i "sløret"

 Oppi skuffen har jeg stanset ut et hjerte (Tim Holtz dies) og limt inn et bilde til av føllet som heter Luna. Har hatt diamond glaze på Luna sånn at ho "popper" litt opp av arket. Så er det jo plass til litt penger oppi der og, det blir nok gaven i år.....

Som sagt så finner dere tutorialen på disse i det nyeste nummeret av Ett Trykk.

Jeg har slitt mye med Mojo'en i det siste, og da er det veldig greit å ha en tutorial å gå etter, denne var ikke komplisert heller så da var det overkommelig........ og så fine som de ble da....

Birthday card for our daughter.

When I made the card for  Sketchy Colors challenge #267, I made 2 cards using sketch #267,

Emilie haven't got the card for her 20'th birthday yet, so this one is for her.

 I used a Marilyn Monroe picture on this card too (Emilie think she's so beautiful, and she was)

I've used Maja Designs Vintage autumn series..... Love them, and Emilie does too.

Beautiful Maja Design's DP'ds, lot's of layers, beautiful flowers, sentiments are from Papirdesign.

Zoomed in on the flowers a little bit.

If you take a closer look you can see that I've changed on of the sentiments.

It say's =>: Have a wonderful day

I changed it to => Have a wonderful trip.

 She's going to Peru april 2'nd with her class from Hurdal Folkehøyskole, explorer south america, for 3 weeks..... Have to admit... I'm a little jealous... Machu Picchu, Lake Titticaca.......wow

 

Korthobby has lot's of beautiful charms that's perfect for this card.

A sign => to choose the future way ahead (success, money or happiness)

A plane going around the earth => She's going to "the other side" of the earth

A plane => To get her to Peru and back

I 've also used sickles Stardust on the flowers

Sentiment from The North Star Stamps =>

Like all important things in life, nothing you really want comes easy.

The guitar is a "symbol" of that...... (she knows what it means)

I bought the guitar in our local scrapcorner.

The butterfly is a Magnolia doo-hickey dies, dot's from Papirdesign. Bow from my stack.

 I made a card holder in the middle.

We're lending her our "vacationcard" to use on the trip (back-up money is always nice.....)

 This is how it looks like on the insides.

All the edges are distressed and inked with Walnut Stain distress ink.

The arrow are from Maya road.

 A hidden tag => she needs to know the code on the card..........

A few toffi-fee boxes

I've made a few toffi-fee boxes this christmas, and these have not been posted on my blog yet.

I've added some diamond glaze on the ice skates, makes it a cool finish and makes it pop out a little.

Sketchy Colors #260

Are you ready for a new colorchallenge.

This time we want to see your creations in white, purple, and green.

I have made a toffifee-box again, and this is how it turned out.

 I've used White, two tones of purple and a greenish/almost turquise bazzill cardstock, called "Capri sea". The DP is an very old Ladybug & Friends paper.

Sentiments from Tim Holtz and Dylution's stamps.

 The image are from Dixi Crafts (I won this and a lot of others on Stempelscrapmessa in Oslo this september)

The color of the car matches the greenish bazzill perfect :o)

 The gears are from 7Gypsies and Tim Holtz, the paper hinge are also from TH.

I've colored the Snug Hug with Cracked Pistachio and Peacock feathers distress ink, put å lot of charms in the bow, and glued Klem/Hug from Kaboks on top of it.

 The charms, soda/beer opener, hammer and wrench from Korthobby, the Ahnk are from ebay

 I've used Offwhite, brown and powder blue bazzill cardstock, the DP is from Studio Light, star dies from Nellie Snellen.

I've also used the star edge punch from Martha Steward, and some lace from my stash. The shiny stars are from Tim Holtz
