FALL BANNER REVISITED

I made this banner for my niece.  I did;t have a lot of time.  Luckily, I had a banner in my Gypsy from a few years ago.  That one said "Happy Thanksgiving"  She wants "Happy Fall".  The banner pieces are  a Spellbinders die.  The letters  are from Plantain Schoolbook, the turkey and pumpkin are on the Celebrate with Flourish Cartridge.  The patterned papers are Cloud 9, the solids are DCWV.  Vanessa picked out the purple color, I was a little hesitant-thought it would look to Halloweenie.  But I love it.  I am entering this into the fall challenge at  FCCB

FLORAL THANKS

MCT is having a photo inspiration or color challenge.  This is a great challenge for me to use a lot of diferent colors.  My friend, Diana from DL. Art is having a "Thank You" challenge.  Yesterday I had the opportuity to visit Diana at her show in LaSelva Beach.  She is such a talented crafter.
The flowers and "thanks" dies are from My Creative Time.  The background dies are Spellbinders.  All of the patterned papers are DCWV Cafe Mediterranean. The ribbon is from Little Scrap Pieces. Karen at LITTLE SCRAP PIECES  is having a her weekly Show it off Saturday linky party.

POPIN UP BUTTERFLIES

I got the tutorial for the this "Standing Shapes Card" from SPLITCOAST STAMPERS.  For the acetate pieces, I used packaging from an embossing folder.  The butterflies are from Spellbinders.  All patterned papers and the borders are from K&Company.  I put the front butterfly on an Action Wobble.

FEMININE CARD

My friend Diana from DL. Art is having a Thankful Thursday Anything Feminine Challenge.  A while ago I bought a Spellbinders set called "Gold Majesty Circles"  It was on sale for $10.00.  I knew this would make a perfect girlie card.  The flower in the center is My Creative Time.  The pearl papers are Colorbok.  The whit damask is from Paper Studio and the pink floral is Recollections. The purple pearls are Creative Imaginations.

My friend Diana and I took a class from Heartfelt Creations.  We learned a technique to make 3-dimensional flowers.  I made this card to enter into Diana's Thankful Thursday 5 Word Sentiment Challenge

The peach base paper is from Core'dinations, all other paper is DCWV.  I used Spellbinders for the background templates.  The stamp is from Simon Says.  I used memento inks.  I also used some silver 3D-Stempel-Farbe by My Paper world

SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS

This past weekend I had to make 5 sympathy cards.  A good friend of my husbands family passed away from breast cancer.  She was only 42.  I will miss her very much.  She was a great crafter.  Every holiday she made something cute, usually with candy in it.  My husband and I also had a few friends whose parents passed a way.  Here are a few of them

The papers are DCWV and K&Company.  I used spellbinders for the die cuts.  The center card is made from a punch out pad by Colorbok.  The Thoughts and Prayers stamp is from Unity.  The Sympathy stamp is from G Stamp.  The ribbon is from Karen at Little Scrap Pieces.
