BOX FULL OF BUNNIES

I made this cute bunny box card for my grand niece Sophie.  The base is Cricut Lori Whitlock Box Cards.  I used the sunflower one and cut off all of the flowers that were in the center. Then I used and assortment of Anna Griffin Vintage Bunny die cuts to fill the box.  The papers are Anna Griffin Metallic card stock, and Authentique.  I am entering this into the Die Cuttin' Divas Easter challenge.

ELMO EASTER

My friend requested Elmo Easter cards for her twin granddaughters.  These cuts had a lot of pieces.   I cut the images with my Cricut, using Design Space.  The ribbon is Primrose-by DL.ART.  I am entering these into the Easter Challenge at Fantabulous Cricut.

WATER COLORED EASTER GOODIE BOXES

I made these fun easter boxes to give to a my kids.  I'll fill them with gift cards and candy.  I cut the box out of Canson Watercolor paper using Cricut Access.  I got the paper damp then i swirled some distressed inks on a pallette.  Then I colored 3 sides of the boxes.  I stamped the bunny image on one panel using Art Impressions-Easter Blessings.  I colored the image with marvy markers and a wet brush.  I added some sequins and a Lavender bow-DL.ART Spring Bundle

DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY CHALLENGE #201-BUNNIES AND OR DUCKS

Good Morning.  Today marks the beginning of the DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge #201.  The theme this time is bunnies and/or ducks.  You can always substitute a Thank You card.  For this challenge I made a card and treat bag.  The beautiful bright ribbons I used are Primrose and Lavender from Spring Bundle #1.  I love this bundle and Spring Bundle #2 has Mint and Peach.  Diana gives my readers a 10% discount.  Just use the code k34510 at checkout.

CHALLENGE INSPIRED

I had made this card a few days ago for a Wellcome Spring challenge at DIE CUTTING DIVAS.  I thought tit looked a little boring.  Then I saw my friend Carrie at DOUBLECLICK CONNECTIONS was having a Spring-Easter Skittle Challenge.  So I put skittles around the edge.  For the card base I used MY CREATIVE TIME Scalloped Stitched Oval Dies, the clouds are Stitched Cartoon cloud Dies and the Chickies are from To A CVute Little Chickie Stamp Set.  The flower and butterfly gems are Paper Studio.  The papers are DCWV.  I am also linking up to DL.ART-Thankful Thursday march Linky party.

A few weeks ago I made an Easter card.  I cut a circle out of a ptterned piece of paper.  that scrap has been on my desk.  I Figured out how to enlarge the window and make it work for another card.  The card base is Core'dinations.  The pretty patterned papers are from Paper Studio.  I used MCT Bunch-of-Fun-Circle-Dies- along with Stitched-Window-Dies-Accessories-.  to make the window.  The bunny is To-My-Best-Peep-Stamp-Set-.  The flowers are a Heartfelt Creations stamps and dies.

BUNNY IN A PORTAL

MY CREATIVE TIME-Is having their monthly Designers Challenge.  I always look forward to these challenges--there is a sketch, a color and an inspiration choice.  I used a little inspiration from all three.  To make the circular window I first cut out a window using Stitched-Window-Dies-Accessories, then I cut the pink inside wallpaper circle, the acetate circle and a double circle for the frame, using Bunch of Fun Circle Dies.  Then I positioned the circle on a tag from Tag Dies.  The  sentiment and bunny are from My Best Peep  All of the papers and gems are from Paper Studio.

EASTER BIRTHDAY

My friend's mother asked me to make a birthday card for her.  My friend has an Easter Birthday.  Her mom wanted me to put a bunny on the front. I used Celebrate with a Flourish for the bunny scene.  I uses DCWV Birthday stack.  The solids are also DCWV-Spring&Summer Mat Stack. The flowers are Jolee.The bunny and the grass dies on the envelope and inside are from My Creative Time.  The inside sentiment is from Birthday Bash.  The brads are from my stash.  The orange mat is Spellbinders.

EASTER GOODIES

Hello.  I have had a rough week at work.  I was hoping to win an award that I worked hard for all year, but that didn't work out.  I was very disappointed in myself. It is hard to accept that your best isn't good enough. The message in church today was about HOPE.  That you can't achieve what you hope for without ideas.  They had an organization called Message Keys.  They make and sell necklaces out of keys that they have stamped a message on.  You are supposed to wear it for a while then pay it forward to someone who is struggling with something. After hearing some of the stories, I decided to quit feeling sorry for myself and to figure out how I can better myself for next years recognitions.
I made these cheerful treat holders to give out at Easter. The yellow patterned paper is Bo Bunny, the pink is K&Company and the blue paper is Jillibean Soup. I started with an oval Spellbinders die.  All other dies and sentiments are from MY CREATIVE TIME

Peachy Keen Sketch/photo inspiration

Things around here are beginning to settle down.  My daughter moved home with 2 dogs.  A lot of drama.  Finally I set up most of my craft room.  Last Friday I met Diana at the Scrap Expo in my home town of Pleasanton, CA.  Donna met up with us for a short while.  It is so much fun to get together with bloggy friends..We took a fun class together, put on by Heartfelt Creations.  Then we did some shopping.  I got tons of paper and a few dies.  At Stamps of Life I purchased quite a few dies and some stamps.  I can't wait to use the 2 Sizzix Flipit dies I picked up.  After the show Diana and I grabbed a quick dinner.  Thank you Diana.  Today I purchased a desk that I saw at the Expo.  It is by The Original Scrapbox.
I made my first Easter card.Cut It Up Challenge Blog is having a spring or St Patricks Day Challenge.  I used a Sketch from Peachy Keen, only to find out that I missed the deadline on the sketch challenge.  No worries, the papers and colors I used are perfect for the Photo/Color Inspiration challenge.CLICK HERE
All of the papers, including the tags and border are from K&Company.  I used Create a Critter 2 for the chickie.  The Stamped sentiments are My Creative Time.Of course the adorable face is Peachy Keen "Laffy Taffy" I took the picture several times, It came out very purple.  Its actually more pink.

I got some really cute paper from Michaels.  It is the Recollections Garden Harvest.  It is all kraft stock.  Some pages have glitter.  The piece I chose to use for my bunny card has little orange glitter carrots on it.  I can't wait to use some of the other cute papers.  I am entering it in an Easter Challenge at My Craft Spot.  CLICK HERE for more information.
