Stars and Stripes at Tuesday Throwdown

Hi friends,
time for Tuesday Throwdown! 4th of July, U.S. Independence day is very near and therefore the Tuesday Throwdown theme is currant too: Stars and Stripes. I followed the theme by using the colors of the American flag and I think the baseball-themed image is really American too! It comes from our sponsor Robyn's Fetish and is called Go Team. I did my coloring with Copics and kept the card pretty simple -do you notice the small star I tied to the twine though? Here's my DT-card for Tuesday Throwdown, we have just started a new challenge with the theme "My mother, My Friend". Robyn's Fetish is generously sponsoring us this week and I got to work with their charming digi Drink Your Milk. To be honest, I had to confirm my mum that she wouldn't mind getting a card with a cow on it -I didn't want her to think that I think she would be a cow!! Lol! Anyways...  My mum likes embellies, bling and stuff so I tried to add a lot of bits and bobs from my crafting stash.
