Addicted To Stamps And More aloitti uuden haasteviikkonsa ja teema onkin nyt monien suosikki: make your mark eli tussit käyttöön. Kaikki projektit, joissa väritysvehkeitä on käytetty, sopivat haasteeseen eli nyt on monen tosi helppo osallistua! Sponsorinanamme on Heather Ellis, hänen diginsä ovat kyllä ihastuttavan suloisia niin kuin minunkin kortissani olevasta tytöstä voi nähdä. :) Käytin inspiksenä Retro Sketches haasteen luonnosta ja tyttöseni väritin Copiceilla. Tuo vasemman reunan raita on washi-teippiä, koristeena vain kukkia puolihelmineen ja reippaan oranssi nauha -aika reipas värimaailma kortissa kaiken kaikkiaan! Toivottavasti suuntaat seuraavaksi haasteblogiin kurkkaamaan muut DT-työt -ovat ihania, kuten aina. Samasta paikasta selviävät tietenkin myös haasteen yksityiskohdat ja osallistumisohjeet. Addicted To Stamps And More has one of our most popular themes: Make Your Mark - anything goes as long as you use your markers! Our sponsor Heather Ellis offers a fantastic price for our Top Addict -her digis are just adorable as you can see from my card. I used a sketch from Retro Sketches as my starting point and colored my image with Copics. There's washi-tape on the left on my card base and I also added some flowers and ribbon for embellies. I like the colors in this card, quite sunny! As always, the ladies in the ATSM DT have made stunning cards -head on over to the challenge blog for inspiration and challenge details. Happy crafting!

Miten se jämien määrä ei lainkaan vähene, vaikka käytän lähes pelkästään papereita sieltä?!? Mysteeri... You are looking at my DT-card for the newest Addicted To Stamps And More, you'll love our theme:  it's Anything Goes! I hope you'll all come and play along -our Top Addict wins the prize from Heather Ellis, she has gorgeous digi stamps like this one that I've used here -isn't she cute? My card is really basic, no fancy techniques here... Just papers from my scraps box, some punched flowers (Fiskars punch) and borders with Martha Stewart punch. Coloring is done with Copics as always. Oh and "Moi" is Finnish language and means "Hi". I hope you now head on over to the challenge blog for more DT inspiration and all the challenge details... If your eyes are not all blinded from the (maybe a bit too...) bright colors of my card! ;)

Ensiksi: Mukavaa pääsiäisen jälkeistä elämää ja hyvää kevään alkua! En ole ehtiny viime päivinä vierailla blogeissanne niin paljon kuin yleensä ja oma blogikin saattaa pari viikkoa päivittyä vain DT-korttien osalta, meinaa olla kiirettä. Keväämmällä onneksi taas tahti tasaantuu ja eihän kesälomaankaan ole enää kuin pari kuukautta, hopsista!

Nyt kuitenkin vuoroon Addicted To Stamps And More, jossa haastamme teidät CAS-korttien pariin. Sponsorina tällä viikolla toimii Heather Ellis, hänen suloinen digityttönsä koristaa korttiani. Näissä kuvissa on minusta jotain retroa ja halusin kokeilla vanhahtavaa värimaailmaa kraft-kartonkien ja ruskean eri sävyjen kanssa. Kuvan reunoille leimailin Priman tekstileimasimella, suihkuttelin koko kuvaan kullanhohtoista Stardustia (tätä ei tietenkään kuvassa näy!) ja käsittelin vielä kuvan reunat DI mustein. Addicted To Stamps And More DT on täynnä CAS-taitureita joten jos kaipaat inspistä yksinkertaisiin kortteihin, eikun haasteblogiin katsastamaan heidän työnsä. :) Askartelun iloa!

First I want to wish everyone Good Spring -I think the spring is officially here now after Easter! Then I'd like to say I'm sorry I haven't been around as usually -I've been busy with work and I also did some travelling during Easter holidays. The upcoming busy days will show in my blog too: I'm afraid I have time only for my DT cards for couple of weeks... No worries though, things will get more laid back in two week's time!

Ok, today's card... It's my DT piece for Addicted To Stamps And More where we want to see your clean and simple (CAS) crafty makes this week. Our sponsor is the wonderful Heather Ellis, I love this sweet digi girl that I've used from her collections. When I saw her I knew I wanted to do something "retro" and went with vintage browns and some craft cardstock. To add interest I stamped some script with a Prima stamp, sprayed golden Stardust here and there and inked all edges with Distress Inks. I originally planned to frame the entire image but I found this slightly smaller piece of kraft card and I think it worked well -my layout is actually pretty close to a layout my DT friend Loll used some days ago -I told her I'd CASE her and this is not that far from her card! :) I hope you will check out all the amazing DT cards in the challenge blog -these ladies know how to make CAS cards.
