Huomenta!
Apriksen emännöimässä ystävänpäivän kortteilussa oli minun vuoroni valita materiaalit, mukana meidän lisäksemme ovat Granne ja Tankku . Korttia tehdessäni olin lievästi järkyttynyt valinnoistani -pastellia, hempeää ja söpön söpöä! Aiemminhan olen täällä blogissa julistanut, etten osaa tehdä esimerkiksi vauvakortteja, kun ne meinaavat mennä liian söpöiksi makuuni -ja taas täytyy heti sanoa, että vauvoista kyllä tykkään ja ihania ovat he. :) Joka tapauksessa, nyt meni söpöstelyksi! Nappasin luonnoksen Create with Connie and Mary haasteesta ja sain aika hyvin käytettyä kaikkea mitä olin kortin tekoon varannutkin, yksi paperi jäi yli. Valitettavasti sain myös jonkun sortin kohtauksen valkoisen geelikynän kanssa ja hutkin sitä ympäri tytön tukkaa -sitten pitikin jo korjailla tuhot tumman ruskealla tussilla, lopputuloksena tuollainen kypärätyyppinen kampaus. Muuten kortista tulikin oikein... Söpö! ;) Hauskaa päivää sinulle!

Above is my card for a Valentine's Day project hosted by Apris. Granne and Tankku are also crafting with us, fun fun fun! I chose the materials for this one and was a bit shocked after I realized what I'd done -all the papers are pastel colors and the overall look is super cute! That's maybe perfect for Valentine's Day but not my favorite thing at all -I've been saying here in my blog that I can't do for example baby cards because they turn out too cute for my taste. :) I do love babies though... Anyway, now I've made a cute card and all voluntary. :) I took the sketch from Create with Connie and Mary and was able to use most of the materials I'd planned for the card. I had an unfortunate moment of going crazy with white gel pen on her hair though -I had to cover it up with dark brown marker and now the hair looks a bit flat. Other than that the card is.... Well, cute! :) Have a nice day!
