Joulua Hullun Lailla/ Crafting For Chrismas Like A Crazy Woman

Heippa! Olen ollut tänään vapaalla ja kun mies lähti aamulla töihin, tein 5 korttia... Huh huh. Vielä on muutama joulukortti tulossa, pari leimakuvaa odottaa valmiina kortteihin pääsyä. Tässä nyt näytille muutama kortti joilla koettelen onneani haasteissakin. Kuvat ovat vähän pimeitä, pahoittelut!

Hi! I've had a free morning and when hubby left to work, I made 5 Christmas cards... Whew! Still some to make, I've got a couple of colored images ready waiting. Here are some of the cards from today, I'll try my luck in some challenges with them. The pictures are a bit dark, sorry about that!

Eka enkeli. :) Kuva on kirpputorilta, aika vähillä koristeilla mennään, ääriviivatarrat, helmet ja nauha saivat riittää.

First this sweet little angel. The image is from a flee market and I didn't embellish too much, just some pearls, ribbon and a poinsettia out of outline-stickers.

Tässä kortissa olen hyödyntänyt BoBunnyn ihanaa joulupaperia ja Panduron lumihiutaleleimasinta, jolla leimasin hopeisia lumihiutaleita taustalle. Lisänä vain ääriviivatarra-tähtiä.

In this card I've used the wonderful Christmas paper from BoBunny. I stamped Panduro snowflakes to the background with silver ink and added some outline stickers for decoration.

Ja viimeinen kortti uunista ulos! BoBunnyn paperilla yhä, ja ääriviivatarratkin mukana meiningeissä... Ne on itse asiassa ihan kivoja, kun liimaa paperille ja leikkaa irti. :)

The last card... Again with BoBunny's paper and outline-stickers. They don't actually look too bad if you stick them to some cute paper and fussy cut!

Sketch Challenge at Addicted To Stamps and More

Tällä viikolla Addicted To Stamps And More haasteen ystäville onkin jännittäviä uutisia... All That Scraps tarjoaa palkinnon Top Addictille! Nyt kannattaa ehdottomasti liittyä mukaan. Haasteblogista löydät palkintoon ja sääntöihin liittyvän infon sekä myös muiden DT-frouvien kauniit kortit inspiraatioksesi! Kuten yllä olevista kuvista ehkä jo arvaatkin, tällä kertaa haluamme nähdä luonnoksen mukaan tehtyjä kortteja. Itse tykkään luonnoshaasteista aivan erityisesti -asettelu on minusta kortteilun haastavin puoli ja valmis luonnoshan ratkaisee ongelman! Käytin DT-kortissani BoBunnyn upean joulupaperin molempia puolia, onneksi paperista riittää vielä ainakin yhteen korttiin. Kääntelin luonnosta papereihin sopivaksi -eri asia onkin, riittikö hahmotuskykyni kääntämään ihan oikein... Kröhöm... :)  Sitten vain askartelun iloa teille blogilandian ystäväiset!

This week Addicted To Stamps And More Challenge has exciting news: All That Scraps donates a prize for our Top Addict! How great is that! :) You will find all the info about the prize, the challenge rules and amazing DT inspiration on the ATSM webpage. As you may have guessed from my pictures, we are working with a sketch this time. I love sketch challenges... Layout is the most difficult part in card making for me and a ready made sketch solves the problem completely. :) I used both sides of BoBunny's stunning Christmas paper - I can't understand why I bought only one sheet of that! Luckily there's still enough left for at least one more card. I flipped the sketch around for the papers to go well with it -it might be that I didn't quite know what I was doing... Now when I look at it, the pearls are in the wrong place. Ooops! :) Happy crafting for all of you!
