Tänään starttasi uusi Digi Sketch haaste: aiheena on "In The Summertime" eli kesäiset kortit ja luonnoksen näet tuossa yllä. Vaihtoehtoinasi on käyttää joko teemaa, luonnosta tai molempia eli kolme tapaa osallistua! Tämänkertaisen haasteen sponsorina toimii Bugaboo ja kortissani olenkin käyttänyt heidän suloista digiään Summer Butterfly Bear. Väritin digin Copiceilla ja tein kortin luonnoksen mukaan (lähes!), paperit koitin hakea toistamaan värityksen värejä. Kurkkaapas haasteblogista, millaisia korteja muut DT-tytöt ovat keksineet Bugaboon hauskoilla kuvilla! Seuraava postaukseni räpsähtääkin ilmoille muuten jo muutaman tunnin kuluttua joten tulethan visiitille vielä uudestaan... :)

Digi Sketch Challenge #2!

Aika uuden Digi Sketch haasteen! Tämän kertaisen luonnoksen näet tuolla käännöksen jälkeen ja teemana on "Dear Friend". Osallistuaksesi haasteeseemme voit käyttää joko luonnosta, tehdä ystävyys-aiheisen kortin tai käyttää molempia, kolme eri vaihtoehtoa siis. :)  Sponsorimme on upea Bugaboo Stamps, voittaja saa valita 7 digikuvaa, minä ainakin olen ihan lovena Bugaboon kuviin! Design Teamimme sai valita Bugaboolta haluamansa kuvat, käythän haasteblogin sivuilla kurkkaamassa, miten hauskoja ja hienoja kortteja syntyi. Itse ihastuin tähän kukkaiskuvaan, saatavana täällä, koristelin kuvaani vain hieman puolihelmillä, huippuhelppo kortti. Alareunoihin olen embossannut Chocolate Baroquen kauniit kulma-ornamentit ja tuon stanssatun kiekuran olen saanut joskus salaisissa toiveissa Koukussa Kortteihin-sivustolla. Haaste kestää 2 viikkoa eli 10.3. asti, toivottavasti tulet mukaan, askartelun iloa!

Time for new Digi Sketch Challenge, yay! The sketch for our second challenge is below this text and the theme is "Dear Friend". To enter the challenge your choices are to follow the sketch, the theme, or both -3 different possibilities! Our sponsor is the fabulous Bugaboo Stamps, the winner will receive 7 digis, I'm completely in love with their images... I did some embellishing with pearls but not much else -super easy card! For the corners I embossed corner ornaments from Chocolate Baroque and the die-cut swirl is gift from a stamping friend. Tytöt Tahtoo Pitää Hauskaa/ Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Anoppini tilasi siskolleen onnittelukortin tästä Bugaboon huikeasta digikuvasta, löydät sen täältä. Ajattelin pelata samalla Bugaboon bingoa ja valitsin rivikseni nauha, sydän, charm. Listan kaikista haasteista löydät käännöksen lopusta. Kortti on sangen yksinkertainen eikä siitä ole hurjasti kerrottavaa, vähän innostuin koristelemaan leimakuvaa vielä värittelyn jälkeen: keskimmäinen mimmi sai paitaansa glitteriä, vihreään puseroon lisäsin pisteitä ja vihreään käsilaukkuun tein kolmiulotteisuutta pearl makerilla. Reunimmaisille naisille laitoin tähden hiuskoristeeksi -vai mahtavatko tytöt jo nähdä tähtiä juhlimisen seurauksena... :) Hauskaa viikkoa sinulle, kiitos kun katsastit korttini!

My Mother-in-law ordered this card for her sister's birthday -she wanted me to use this hilarious Bugaboo image that you can find here. While working with their image I decided to play Bugaboo's bingo and chose Ribbon, Heart and Charm (the other one of the charms is a heart). All my challenges are listed below. The card is pretty simple and there's not much to tell about it... I did do some extra decorating after coloring my image: The lady in the middle got glitter to her blouse and I also added some dots to the green shirt and pearl maker to the green purse for interest. Two of the ladies received stars for hair decorations -or maybe they are seeing starts already after all the partying... :) Have a great week, thanks for popping by!

Luonnoshaaste! / Sketch Challenge at Addicted to Stamps and more

Heipsun hei! Eikös ole hilpeä tunnelma näillä neidoilla? Kyseessä on Bugaboon huikean hauska digikuva ja luonnos on Addicted To Stamps And More haasteen juuri startanneesta luonnoshaasteesta. Luonnos sopisi mielestäni hyvin vaikka eleganttiin hääkorttiin, itse lähdin vähän eri linjoille. :) Värittelin juhlivat ystävykset Copiceilla. Olemme saaneet Bugaboon taas sponsoroimaan meitä ja voit voittaa seitsemän digileimaa, jos sinut valitaan Top Addictiksi. Korttia tulemaan siis! :) Huomasitko muuten käyttämäni kuviopaperiin? Hi! Isn't this Bugaboo image hilarious? It makes me smile every time I look at it. This week it's time for sketch challenge at Addicted To Stamps And More and as you see, it's a great sketch! I think it would be great for example for an elegant wedding card -I went to a different direction though! :) I colored my image with Copics and used a designer paper I've won in Carola's blog candy -I think it fits the image like nose to the head (this phrase might not work in English, but that's what we say in Finland anyway!). CAS Challenge at Addicted To Stamps And More

Eikös ole upea kukkaiskuva? Kyseessä on Bugaboo Stampsin digikuva, aivan hurmaava minusta! Tämä kortti on DT-työni juuri alkaneeseen Addicted To Stamps And More haasteeseen, tällä kertaa haluamme nähdä CAS-kortteja eli Clean and Simple- kortteja. Jos tyylisuunta on sinulle vieras, löydät ohjeistusta haasteen sivuilta, täältä. Tämä kortti syntyi todella nopeasti -väritin kukkiin pohjan sinisellä ja lilalla Copic-tussilla ja lisäsin Inktense-kynien ja öljyn kera vähän lisävarjostuksia päälle. Perhoset jätin kokonaan värittämättä, jotta kukat saisivat kaiken ansaitsemansa huomion. :) Lisäsin vielä timantit joka kukkaan, kiinnitin kuvan mustaan korttipohjaan ja valmista tuli! Isn't this a fabulous image? It's from Bugaboo Stamps, I'm loving it! This card is my DT-make for the currant Addicted To Stamps And More Challenge where we'd like to see CAS cards. If you are not familiar with the style, you can read instructions here. This card came together really fast - I colored the base color of the flowers with blue and lilac Copic markers and then added some shading with Inkense pencils and oil. I didn't color the butterflies, I wanted to keep it simple and let the flowers have the focus. I added one rhinestone to every flower, attached my image to black card base and that's it, I was ready! :) For challenge details and more DT inspiration, hop over to the challenge blog.
