The D-day and farewell KOTD

Hello, dear readers and followers:)

I haven't forgotten you, hope you haven't forgotten me either;) As you're reading this I'm on my way to take my final exam, the biggest of them all, so keep your fingers crossed for me *hug* After the exam I'm headed right to the seaside to take my long desired vacation, hurray! I'll be back in forthnight with lots of new pictures and manicures, and of course konadicures;)

SO here's the manicure I did for the exam, I did not want to go for bold and vivid colours, so what else to choose than a classic french manicure:) I used over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2 1 coat of Petites color in Fairy pink (a lovely sheer holographic pink shade) which I got in the swap with Elizabeth from Lacquered lizard! After that I used the french pattern on konad im m19 and konad special nail polish in white, then I added another coat of Fairy pink and sealed everything with one coat of INM OutTheDoor topcoat.

What do you think of the manicure? Like it or not? Where are you spending your summer holidays? What polish are you going to wear?

Thank you, dear readers and followers, wishing you nice days, lots of fun and polished nails:*

Simple and glittery french KOTD - pics heavy

Hello, dear readers:)

A bit long time no hear from me, I'm having a busy week which is going to continue for a while, I think up till the end of the school in June. So sorry for the lack of posts, but I'm still polishing my nails so no worries, there will be enough pictures of them;)

Today I have for you something very simple and not so elevated:) Just a very simple french with a bit of twist. Over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2 I applied 1 coat of Essie Rock candy which is great for french manicure and then stamped the french tips with konad image plate m19 and Konad special polish in white, and this time I have to say that I'm really satisfied with how I stamped the french tips:) I did not want it to leave that plain but I also did want to add to much, I was just in that kind of a mood:) So I added 1 coat of China glaze Fairy dust to spice it up a bit and then put 1 coat of Poshe Fast drying topcoat over. The pictures could not capture the great effect Fairy dust gives, but still hope you're going to like them:)

Thank you, dear readers and followers, have a nice and polished start of the week:*

Festive french starry starry KOTD and a giveaway

This is my second attempt doing french with konad image plate, and it turned out much better than my first one:), I had no problems applying the french line on the finger tips, hurray! Over 1 coat of Nailtek f.2 I painted 1 coat of Oriflame French manicure in Soft pink and 1 coat of Oriflame French manicure in Morning dew, then stamped it with Konad special nail polish in white and image plate m19.  The picture is not that sharp but you can still see the finished french manicure;)

This time of the year simply calls for more festive and glittery manicures, don't you think?;) So I used fauxnad plate D02 and again, I think I cannot go without it, China glaze Millenium. Afterwards I applied 1 coat of China glaze Fairy dust for extra glittery feeling:P. I'm really satisfied with the end result, though the manicure didn't want to be pictured so well, so please enlarge the pictures to see the details, which were more visible in real life than they are in pics. That would be all for to day, hope you like the manicure.

Thank you dear readers and commenters, have a nice and polished weekend:* Merry holidays to you all and hope Santa brings you a lot of new polishes;)

A bit blurred to see the effect of Fairy dust

French again, but not my nails;)

I did another french manicure yesterday, to a friend of mine. Over 1 coat of Essence Ridge filler I applied 1 coat of Oriflame French manicure Soft pink and then added the french tips with Konad special nail polish in white and m19. Afterwards, I applied another coat of Soft pink and then drew a line above the french line with Vollare nail art polish in silver.  She wanted also to have something stamped on the nails, so I stamped a butterfly on the fingers with m66 and Konad special nail polish in black.  Please do not mind the cuticles as she was in a hurry and said she will clean it at home;) Do you like today's KOTD? Thank you and kisses:*

French again KOTD

I recently got new plates from OC Nail Art, the plates I ordered are: m40, m60 and m19, the french plate, which are tried today. Over 1 coat of Nailtek foundation 2 I applied 1 coat of Oriflame French manicure in Soft pink and stamped it with french design and Konad special nail polish in white. Then I applied another coat of Soft pink and 1 coat of Essie g2g. I had to re-do few nails, as I misplaced the french design or hit somewhere with my nails, I think today is just not my konad-day:S. What do you think? Is it boring or just everyday manicure?:)
