Teal holographic nails and palm trees

Hi,
Today I'll show you a gorgeous holographic nail polish from Born Pretty. This one is called The Pandora and it's a teal blue with holo particles that sparkle in the sunlight. The colour made me think of a holiday and palm trees so I went for a summer manicure at the beginning of fall. I used Rimmel - White Hot Love as a base on the nails where I stamped the palm trees from MoYou London - Tropical Collection 12. I used black stamping nail polish from Born Pretty store. I finished with clear top coat and I wanted to try this No Smudge Top Coat from Born Pretty as I was sick of ruining stamping manicures with watery top coats. I had very big expectations and unfortunately it didn't meet them. As you can see that there is some smudge near the palm trees, but if you don't use it with stamping nail art it's a good top coat.
What do you think?

Melkior - Fluo pink

Vara? Neon? Unghii fluorescente care se vad de departe? Da!

Unghii deosebite? Manichiura spectaculoasa? Da, cu noile nuante de oja Melkior!
Oja Fluo Melkior 15 ml – Pret 29 lei
Oja Fluo Melkior 4,5 ml – Pret 9,90 lei

Christmas sweater nail art

Hi,
Christmas is only a few days away, so holiday inspired designs already appeared on my nails for a while now. Unfortunately, I just didn't have the time to photograph and post all the manicures I've been wearing, but here's one which I hope you'll like. I started with two coats of El Corazon - Matte Nail Polish #125 (White) and then I stamped the sweater designs from MoYou London's Festive Collection 04 image plate. The nail polishes used for stamping were Rimmel - Highland and the new blue stamping polish from Born Pretty store. I also used Born Pretty's jelly stamper head which you can find here on their website. I finished with clear top coat on all nails. What do you think?

Limes

Hi,
Today I'll show you another fruity nail art I easily created using MoYou Lodon's Tropical 08 stamping plate. Keep on reading if you'd like to know more about the products I used for this mani.

A few days ago, I received my first nail mail from Moscow. Yes, my order from El Corazon shop arrived safely to destination. Below you can see the products I got and I have to say that I used all of them for this manicure.

I applied the neon polish on all nails, except from my ring finger, where I applied two coats of matte white. Then I stamped the design using the Special White for stamping and the neon polish on the accent nail.
I finally got my first Cuticle Defender and I have to mention that it's a great product, that saves a lot of time and effort. You just apply a little product around your nails, it dries and then you can do anything you want - stamping, gradients and so on - and finally you remove it and everything's clean! At the end, I applied the Top coat like gel. What do you think?

Then I stamped the animal print design and the flowers from the new MoYou London Tropical 01 image plate. I finished with clear top coat. What do you think?

The Fault In Our Stars nail art

Hi,
Today I'll show you my manicure inspired by TFIOS (Sub aceeasi stea - John Green in Romanian). I've just had time to read it and I totally loved it. It's heartbreaking but beautifully written. Now I'll have to watch the movie, too. I started with two coats of Pure Ice -French Kiss on all nails. I stamped the writing from MoYou London's Scholar plate 02. The design on my ring finger was painted freehand. I finished with clear top coat. What do you think? Have you read the book or watched the movie yet?

Sunset gradient with a fan brush

Hi,
Toady I'll show you my new sunset nail art. If until now I showed you plenty of gradients created with a sponge, now it's time to show you one created with a fan brush. Hope you'll enjoy it!

Buna,
Astazi o sa va arat un apus frumos de soare, pe unghii. Daca pana acum v-am aratat multe manichiuri gradient realizate cu buretele, acum o sa va arat una realizata cu o pensula evantai. Sper sa va placa!

I started with a coat of white nail polish, and then I applied the pink (Farmec #364) and yellow (Avon -Inspire) polishes using a fan brush. I got mine from Born Pretty store, in a set of  15 brushes for only $6.

Then I stamped the black designs from MoYou London Explorer 10 stamping plate. I finished with clear top coat. What do you think?

Apoi am stampilat modelele negre de pe placuta MoYou London Explorer 10. In final, am aplicat top coat transparent. Ce parere aveti?

Homemade decals | Floral anchor nail art

Hi,
Today I'll show you my new floral anchor nail art.
I started with two coats of Glitter Gal -Serpent Black on all nail except from my ring finger, where I applies ProNails -Extreme White. Then I appplied some homemade water decals and finished with Golden Rose -Matte top coat. Find below my easy tutorials on creating homemade decals.

Anchor decal (you can also watch the pictorial I posted on Instagram here)
→ Take a plastic wrap or plastic bag and put it on a hard surface.
→Stick the anchor stencil (or any stencil) on it. My anchor stencils are from Nails Redesigned.
→Apply a coat of black nail polish so as to cover the hole.
→Remove the stencil while the nail polish is still wet and then let it dry.
→Apply clear top coat and let it dry. This will help you unstick the decal from the plastic wrap.
**The next step is optional.
If you don't want to create any more designs on your decal you're done.
→Take your white nail polish and a thin nail art brush and create the wanted design.
Colour it using sheer tints.
→Unstick the decal using tweezers and apply it onto the nail. Seal with clear top coat.

I used the same technique for creating the full nail flowery decals. I stamped the design from MoYou London's Tourist 17 stamping plate.

Dandelion nail art & Sky printed dress

Hi,
Today I'll show you a manicure I've been willing to try for a really long time now: dandelion nails. If you follow my Instagram account you might already seen it, as I posted it there last night.
I started with two coats of Glitter Gal -Bluemerang and then I created the clouds using a sponge with a little white nail polish. The rest of design was stamped from two MoYou London plates. I used plate 04 from their Bridal Collection for the girl's face and plate 02 from their Kitty Collection for the dandelion and its fluff. I finished with clear top coat.

Now I'd like to introduce you my new sky printed dress that matches my nails. I got it from Sensationofnight.com for a reasonable price. It's soft, comfortable and perfect for summer. What do you think?

MoYou London stamping plates

Hi,
Today I'll show you a manicure I created with my new MoYou stamping plates. I started with two coats of China Glaze -Sun of a peach and then stamped the sweater design - that's how I like to call it - from MoYou Festive Collection 04, using white nail polish. I finished with clear top coat. What do you think?

Here's everything I got with my order at MoYou.co.uk:
- Festive Plate Collection 04
Scholar Plate Collection 02
Large Size Stamp & Scrapers

I was extremely impressed to receive the order after only 4 days, considering I am international customer. Moreover, I really enjoy the packing - each plate is packed separately in a themed cardboard and has a protection foil which has to be removed before using it. I feel the need to mention that the foil was extremely easy to remove, considering my past experience with those protection foils you would almost break your nails when trying to get rid of them.

Now onto the stamper. I've been wishing for a stamper like this one and more exactly for a squishy stamper. Until now, my favourite stamper was the double Konad stamper, but from all the stampers I've ever tried, I honestly like this one the most. If you are looking for a soft and squishy stamper, believe me that this is your best option.
The plastic scrappers are also brilliant. I have tried other plastic scrappers before, but they just wouldn't remove properly the excess of polish, so I stuck to my Konad scrapper for years. It was really the best, but it scratched all my stamping plates (you can see that in the comparison picture below). It is now the case with MoYou's plastic scrappers, which fully remove the excess and also protect the plate.

As you can clearly see, the MoYou designs are bigger than both Konad and Bundle Monster designs. So I had the chance to try the Shrinking your image procedure which I saw on Youtube. It worked great with the squishy stamper. If you watch the video, you'll see how to make a large design smaller so as to fit your nail and that's what I did for this manicure. Below is an example and you can also see that the colour of a regular (non-stamping) nail polish is more intense when the design is shrinked.

On the other hand, I was firstly a little skeptic about this stamper because the big rubber is white. I thought I wouldn't be able stamp white designs with it, but I was definitely wrong. See it for yourselves in the picture bellow.

All in all, I am completely satisfied with my order and I hope I'll have the chance to try more of their plates in the future. You'll see another manicure with the other plate soon.
Do you like the plates I chose? What's your experience with MoYou London image plates?
