I've been trying to make time for scrapbooking lately. I was inspired by my friend's circle challenge and used bright colors to meet the requirements of the Simon Says All Things Bright and Beautiful!!!  The papers are certainly bright, and the girlfriend is certainly beautiful!! lol

Canvas with some fun new things I got for my birthday

So, I got some fun new Hazel & Ruby letter stencils (Dear Ruby) from my friend Lural for my birthday!!! So, when I saw the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Time to Grow/Botanical, I decided to try out modeling paste with a flower stencil along with the letters. I originally painted it with a light green chalk paint, and I felt it was hard to see the letters, so I went over the canvas with some gorgeous gelatos from Faber Castell. I also paperpieced/colored a cool Unity girl that I bought recently.  I'm sure I will do a better job next time, but I still kind of like the canvas!
