Jolly by Golly - Cosmo Cricket Card
Cosmo Cricket is having a challenge. I created this cute little card for it! The Pink Stamper has also issued a winter challenge, and I thought this would work well for it also! And, yes the coffee mugs are on a slant and so are the birds. I thought it made it more fun. I fussy cut the little birds because I wanted to have them walk down the dark pink part of the cute patterned paper! Anyway, I made the little spiral flower and added a pink button, a little ink and Rock Candy stickles on it. The BRRR sticker is SRM stickers! Thanks for looking!

Steve Working while we were on Vacation!
I did this layout for a tone-on-tone challenge and a use a stamp as your title challenge at Sketches for You!! All of the jewels are white but some of them appear to be pink on the photo... Don't know why... Also entered in Scrap Our Stash!

Summertime --- and the livin's easy
I made this for The Studio Challenge to make a Layout about something you only do in the summer! We only play Bocce at the 4th of July celebration at my twin sister's house! I've blocked out some of the faces of those people from whom I didn't receive permission to share on the Internet!
It's a fairly simple layout, but I focused on Circles quite a bit. I have embossed the corners of my cardstock and placed big, colored brads randomly over the page as if they had been thrown by the players. There's a little sprinkling of mist on the page. Each of the letters is a different color and has a different texture.

St Joseph, Michigan -- beach on a foggy day
I created this for this week's TRIFECTA at Design Dollies! I can't believe I did it again!! I used Rock Candy Stickles on the Sun and the waves! The background paper is TEAL and I accented with Royal Blue. My teal is a little darker than what some of the DT used, but... it's still teal...I'm still working on the light box for my LOs! It seems there is a shadow at the top of the page, making it look darker than what it really is!

3 generations (the young girl is my twin sister's daughter)
I made this because of a CK prompt. I like the banner (some of which has Tim Holtz Rock Candy) and the hand-made rose (which also has Rock Candy). I just bought the Rock Candy (at Scrapgal.com) and it is a lot of fun! It comes out of the bottle really fast and doesn't look like much UNTIL it dries--then it looks a little sugary. The patterned paper is Glitz Designs (dark blue and the banner).
