CAS Christmas Card

Hello friends!  Katie Gehring here with an idea for a clean and simple (CAS) holiday card using Trendy Triangles and Hello December.

I stamped three triangles from Trendy Triangles with green pigment ink on a piece of white cardstock and transformed them into Christmas trees with the addition of a tiny trunk created from strips of brown cardstock and teeny wood stars.

I added a fun polka dot border using washi tape and stamped "hashtag" Christmas from Hello December.  I rounded the upper corner of the white cardstock and adhered it to a kraft card base with foam tape.  My final step was to then round the corner of the kraft cardstock base.

Well, that's all for me today!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Trendy Triangles | Gracias

Good morning! Erin here with a bold and colorful card to brighten anyone's day!  Trendy Triangles is the perfect set for creating bold graphic cards!

I paired the triangles with an orange and blue color combo so it really stands out.  I added a few orange buttons and wooden stars, which I colored with Copic markers to match the buttons.  The sentiment is also from Trendy Triangles.

Shine Brightly

Hello weekend!!! It's Heather C here. Today I'm sharing a card that was very fun to create!

I used Trendy Triangles to create the triangle pattern stamped in various colors of ink. Then I added a sentiment from Say Anything.  It took a few tries to get everything lined up, but I even love where it's a little off too.  :)

Happy Happy Birthday!

Hi, everyone! Heather P. here to share a fun little birthday card I created featuring Happy Hexagons!

To create my card, I started with a kraft woodgrain card base which I trimmed down to 3 1/2" wide to accommodate my large sentiment banner.  Next, I stamped three of the patterned images from Happy Hexagons onto colored cardstock, and heat embossed them with white powder before cutting them out.

After all the hexagons were cut out, I played with their arrangement before adhering them to the card front with pop dots.  I added two strips of green cardstock to the card front, and stamped the birthday sentiment from Trendy Triangles in turquoise ink.  To finish up the card, I die cut the word "happy", covered it with stickles, and adhered it to the banner.

That's all from me today, but be sure to come back tomorrow for more FSS inspiration! :)

Happy Birthday To You

Hello there! Erin here with a CAS gray and yellow birthday card to share. Gray and yellow is one of my favorite color combos (I recently decorated our downstairs guest bathroom in those colors!), and I thought it would make a great color combo for a gender neutral birthday card.

I used two stamp sets from Fresh Squeezed Stamps - Happy Hexagons and Trendy Triangles.  I stamped the three gray triangles first, so I could position my sentiment in the middle of the card. Then I stamped the top yellow row of triangles, followed by the final two rows.  I added a few enamel dots for dimension before adhering the white cardstock to yellow striped patterned paper.

Happy Saturday friends!  It's Heather Campbell here.  I hope you're having a great start to your weekend!

I love building patterns and shapes so Trendy Triangles was very fun for me to play with to create my card.

I stamped the solid triangle repeatedly to create a hexagon shape.  Then I used the "arrowhead" to create the chevron pattern.  The sentiment is from Words to Live By.

Oh, Happy Day!

Hi, everyone! Heather P. here... I'm back today with a cheerful little card featuring flowers made from non-floral images.  :)

To create this card, I started with a 4 1/4" square card base, then cut two smaller layers and attached a strip of patterned paper to the bottom.  I stamped the sentiment then wrapped green twine around the panel before adhering it to the card base with pop dots.

To make the fun flowers, I used the wavy flag image from Trendy Triangles! I stamped the flag image 15 times, cut them out, then used my corner rounder to give each piece a petal appearance.  Cute, right? :) I assembled the flowers, then adhered them to the card front with pop dots.

Birthday Wishes

Hello and happy Tuesday, FSS fans! It's Heather here with a cheery little birthday card... Our weather has been gloomy lately, and this fun little color combo was just what I needed to give me a little pick me up.

To create my card, I started with an orange card base.  I stamped a row of polka dots from You Said It, Sister with white ink onto turquoise cardstock before cutting off the bottom strip and adhering both to the card front.  To finish off the card, I stamped the sentiment in gray ink and added orange arrows to highlight my message using the Trendy Triangles set.

That's all from me for today.  Stop by tomorrow for more Fresh Squeezed Stamps inspiration!

Birthday Cards

Happy Friday!  I used my fav FSS stamps - On Trend 2013 and Trendy Triangles again today. This time I used a small image that has not had a chance to get my attention.  I stamped it repeatedly in five colors to make a colorful grid pattern.  I actually made two cards with the same pattern.  Which one do you like more?

I've used the small arrow from Trendy Triangles to make my own chevrons!
I stamped them in the pattern I wanted using white ink and it's ok if they don't stamp perfectly....gives them character!  The sentiment is from You Said It, Sister......LOVE these sentiments!!!
Congrats

Adding in some flat backed sequins........just look what they add to the card!!!!
