Franken win:)

I seem to go MIA a lot these days, sorry:)

Now, I make quite a lot of frankens, but I rarely like them enough to post them here. This one is one of the good ones:) It's a really dusty, almost grey green with silver shimmer and a flakie here and there. I only wish there were more flakes, but that can be fixed:)

I know I used Essence's Glisten Up! as a base, and added a green creme and a yellow creme, then something and something and Hidden Treasure, then some BarryM Dazzle Dust eyeshadow in Grey, and probably something else as well. Overall, I love it!

Franken Part 2

Yesterday, I showed you a franken I made. I also mentioned I mixed in some eyeshadow and was not pleased. Today, I decided to salvage the whole thing. I added some dark green jelly polish and a major discovery - some Barry M Fine Glitter Dusts. The FGDs are mini glittery particles - I added some silver and some light blue. I'm very very happy with the result! Only now I'm annoyed with the large glitters that were the point of yesterday's franken, but seem obsolete in today's version. Oh well...
I'm not easy to please:)

Pics!

A lot of you loved the yesterday version. what do you think of today's? :)

Franken

I'm guessing you'll know which polish I got inspired by for this franken :)

I was sort of.. meh... so I put some mineral eyeshadow in to make it a little more glittery. Guess what? I f***d it up. I'll leave it be for today and maybe add something else tomorrow. No pics of the second one, I hate it that much:)

Swap with Chris from USA!

I already told you yesterday about my swap with Chris from Lacquer Ware For Tips And Toes. Today, I have something better - pictures!

The loot:

Yes, I literally laughed out loud when I was unpacking it. I love every single polish, and the Hello Kitty marshmallow rocks:)

Chris was super kind and put together a huuuge package as you can see. She also attached notes to the polishes:)

The candy:

And then "The Beast" cane to see what all the fuss is about:) Yes, I managed to salvage poor Kitty before she ate her:)

And the polishes:

Unfortunately, the glass file did not make it. I'll try to super glue it tomorrow, didn't have time today.

The polishes are:

L.A. Colors Metallic Purple
Borghese Stellare Notte
Sally Hansen In the Spotlight
Sinful Colors See You Soon
Sinful Colors Hottie
Sally Hansen Spectrum
Wet'n'Wild Rustic craze
Claire's calm/wild
Wet'n'Wild Morbid craze
Wet'n'Wild Night Prowl
Confetti My Favorite Martian
A franken
KISS nail art set with three polishes and stencils
China Glaze Matte Magic

You see now why I laughed? And sort of screamed too? To you USA girls these polishes are probably nothing, but to me they're all really special and I'll love them until they are empty:)

I couldn't decide which one to wear, so I did a crazy skittles. I didn't have any meeting or serious affairs, so I could afford it:)I used 10 of the polishes from th swap! One coat of Seche Vite over all of them.

Chris, YOU ROCK!

And, this is my 100th post! Yay for me, and a bigger YAY for all of you who put up with me;)

Franken Loooove

I got this franken like a half an hour ago in the mail. A super nice, hardcore girl from Ars sent it to me. I'm just saying I immediately had to put it on. That just about tells it all.

Franken

I'm so nervous watching the World Cup I have to do something else. So I'm posting here :) Seriously, what's going on there?!?

Anyway - a franken. I haven't named this one yet, so any suggestions are welcome. It was sort of a "mix everything you don't like together" sort of mixing:) I do like the result however. I mixed 1/2 of Flashy Pink, 1/4 of All Access and 1/4 of Live Forever, all Essence.

A franken by Tassa

Tassa sent me this franken a while ago. I can't remember why, but I must have done something really nice cause this polish is pretty perfect :) It's a deep lavender purple with shimmer that's slightly holo. I later added some konad, the print is made using H&M's Pure White from the mini set of polishes.

Franken - Sky Blue

I decided to paint my nails anyway. I tried a frankenpolish I made a while ago. I named it sky blue:) I'm actually proud of this one, it came out just as I wanted. Yay me :)

Dirrrty Blue - Frankenpolish

A while ago I cleaned out my polish drawer and put aside some polishes that I'm never going to wear, but can be used for mixing my own shades of polish. And yesterday I was so worn out I couldn't do anything, but wasn't sleepy, so I decided to try my mixing capabilities. You decide on the result :)

I can't really remember what polishes I used, there were lots of them. But I'm proud of my result. I called this franken Dirrrty blue, well, because it is a kind of dirty blue shade :)

Tassa je kul / Tassa is cool

Franček, ki ga je zmešala Tassa. Hvala, zakon si:)
Frankenpolish, mixed by Tassa. Thanks, you rule:)

Je popolne lila barve, spominja me na španski bezeg. Dodatno ga polepša še šimer, ki se na soncu pokaže kot holo. Ne morem ga prehvaliti :)

It's a perfect lilac purple, sort of reminds me of the bush called lilac (Syringa). It also has a small shimmer, which shows itself as holo in the sunlight. I just can't say enough good things about it:)
