today i'm sharing my first project for the new year - a layout i created for MERLY IMPRESSIONS' blog featuring the amazing EVERLASTING collection from KAISERCRAFT's newest release and KAISERCRAFT's 12×12 CORRUGATED cardboard sheets {available at MERLY IMPRESSIONS' online store}.

and here are close ups of my project and some TIPS & TRICKS on how i created it:

TIP! use a sponge to smudge a bit of texture paste or gesso onto the cardboard to soften its colour.

then, using different materials and pattern paper, create the layers under the pictures.

embellish your page using different fussy cut images, paper flowers and coloured rhinestones.

cover the chipboard with embossing ink and distress embossing powder, heat emboss the set. 

TIP! add a few layers of embossing powder to cover the chipboard completely!

embellish your page using different colour rhinestones.

DIE-VERSIONS, JOY CLAIR & DL.ART BLOG HOP
