Challenge #50 - "Going with the flow!"

Hi everyone . . slight change in plans this week as Lou has been up to her ears in family stuff and we wanted to make sure that our birthday celebrations were "simply the best" so the birthday party will now be NEXT WEEK and boy, oh boy have we got a PARTY lined up for you . . . prizes galore and loads of yummy inspiration too . . . no RSVP needed . . just join in with the fun!

This week we've decided to alter things a little as things are a bit up in the air, so suitably have gone with the theme of . .

"going with the flow!"

Simply translated this means, make anything you want . . . but please make sure it's decent and can be published !!! There will be a "surprise prize" for the lucky randomly chosen winner which has been donated by Lou (as an apology for all the mix ups). The DT had a blast with the theme this week and this is what they came up with to inspire . . .

Challenge #49 - Forget me not

Many thanks to everyone who joined in last weeks challenge and we were glad to see that we aren't the only people "going around in circles" . . . hee, hee, hee! Claire from Ginger Pie Designs

Please email us at fabnfunkychallenges@hotmail.co.uk and we will get your prize over to you Claire. Many congrats to you from everyone on the DT. Please note that there might be a delay on receiving your prizes and/or contact as Lou is upto her ears with family issues at the moment, so bear with us.

Now this weeks challenge is simply called . .

"Forget me not"

We would like you to rummage through your crafting stash and use a long forgotten stamp or alternatively look through your computer hard drive and use a long forgotten digi image. We are all guilty of neglecting areas of our stash and now is the time to get these poor images out, give them a dusting off and let them out into the daylight this week! The DT are also as guilty as everyone else and here is their take on this weeks challenge. Don't forget to pop over to their blogs to get the full "low down" on the long forgotten stamped or digi image they have used this month for this week challenge . . . .

"Hello everyone! my name is Elizabeth Pujalka and I´m the illustrator and designer behind Softpencil - Digital Stamps, home of Michu and his lovely friends, where you can find cute illustrations for your crafting needs.

My illustrations are a homage to the Nature and their creatures, where a sweet child, a simple flower or a fragile animal become protagonists. I invite you to know my whimsical world plenty of gorgeous characters and to enjoy creating with them!"

This weeks challenge is yet another idea chosen by you (again from the poll we conducted) and it is a colour challenge which we have taken from the photo below . . .

"craft, lime & pink"

or alternatively take inspiration from the contemporary Christmas wreath above - the choice is yours this week. If you are feeling really brave why not use both the colour combo and then take inspiration from the photo . . . . . .
