Problem with "%page-center issue coloring the whole bar"

I did color the whole bar. Worked like a charm, however, the menu bar is shorter than the header width and I cannot figure out where to make it wider to match. The cat bar is a little short as well.

Any ideas?

Wrap %page-center in a div and give that div the same width as your layout. Then style it as you wish.
