Atahualpa-Dashboard in spanish?

How do I change the language of the dashboard to Spanish?

You mean the Atahualpa Theme Options? They're not localized and they're no plans to do that. Both the translators and me would have to update all language files with each change in the theme options, and there's a lot of text in the theme options, too.
