Headerpic wrapper

Hi

I recently updated and now the border I have around my header Pictures has slipped down beneath the Page venue of Bar1 if I try that so that the bottom isn't showing.
It was ok before updating and if I take out the Bars and The menus it comes back.

What did you update and from what release to what release?
