[SOLVED] 3.7.24 update no blog heading or menus

Hi,

My blog updated automatically to 3.7.24 and I lost the header, menus and sidebars.
My blog is MyHealthyEatingHabits.com

I was able to go into the widgets area to add them back to the side bar.

How Do I add back the blog heading and menus?

Go to the header, center and footer configuration areas and hit the green save button.
Also there is a menu patch in the New Versions & Updating forum you may want to apply
