There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. How to insert a support box into website?

I hired a design company to built my website by wordpress. I thought it would be better than code by themselves. Even it was not perfect as i want, i told them to fix something to make it better. Now, i want to insert a support box at the right conner of website and after website loading about 2 mins to support customer. So, anyone here can help me to insert it step by step?
