Jetpack Share/Like buttons overlaying post footers

Pretty much like it says - the Jetpack wordpress 'Like this' button is overlaying and obscuring post footers in my ATA 3.7.15 site, and I'm struggling to find a solution.
Any help appreciated!

You should try positioning it with CSS - though you might run into problems since it is in an iframe.
you should try switching to another theme like twenty-thirteen to see if you have the same issue. If you do then you know it is not related to the theme.

Good call JD - it's still happening in 2013, so it's not a theme issue. Over to the plugin support page we go.....
