Consignment store brought online

Hey there guys! I am a proud user of Atahualpa on several different word press sites, and what can I say, it rocks. I am just setting up a new site for the company I work for and I have hit a bit of a road block.

It is a consignment shop and they are interested in selling some of their excess inventory on their website. They use WP as the CMS, and I am looking for the most streamlined and simple way to add products (say about 100 or so) to there site. My first thought was to set them up a 'store' on amazon and somehow import these products to WP. Do you guys have any ideas on how to do this or perhaps a better idea altogether?
