Posting to other pages than home page

I thought this would be easy, but after a few frustrating hours I guess I'll need some help on this. I'm working on a new site (see the test at http://www.keukenendesign.nl/effe/) and now I want to be able to place posts on another than the home page. Sounds easy, right? It's probably my own lack of knowledge. Please help!

Go to Preferences(I think it is called that in English, anyway the last button in the left side menu, after Tools)/Read. There you can choose your startpage and which page should be the Post-page.
