Wordpress mu and Atahualpa theme

Hi I am using wordpress mu 2.8.2 and have just started working with it. I installed your awesome theme, because I like working with it and it look the very close to what I want for the site I am working on. I can get other themes to work on the site, but with your theme I the body part of the site don't load correctly - it just display some of the php code.

This is what shows up in my body area of the site:

Is it possible to use your theme on a wordpress mu blog?
If so how do I get the body area to show up correctly?

Never mind I decided not to bather with the mulitiable blogs and just work with a normal wordpress account
