How do i change the color of a post title?

I have searched the posts for info on how to change a post title color. It says to go to:

Wordpress Site Admin -> Appearance -> Atahualpa Theme Options -> Post/Page Styling.

When I go to "Wordpress Site Admin -> Appearance -> Atahualpa Theme Options" I do not see anything about "Post/Page Styling!"

I am trying to change the color of the post title "Why on earth raise chickens?"

Where is the code that dictates the color for any given post title?

What version of WordPress and Atahualpa are you using?
with WP 2.7.1 and Atahualpa 3.3.3 when you select 'Atahulapa Theme Options' from the dashboard, you will be on a screen with 26 tabs starting with 'START', 'SEO', ... and ending with 'Archive Page'.

'Post/Page Styling' is in the middle of the tabs, click on it to see the sub options.
