Do you like it? It's different from most romances, but different is good. There are two other books in the series titled High Desert Devotion.

This is the best book video trailer I've ever seen!

The cool thing is I read the first book as an ARC, and loved The Sword, so the publisher asked me to endorse the second book, The Gift, which I also loved. So my name and endorsement is in the inside of that book and on the outside cover (back) and I just received the last book in the mail, The Kingdom. It looks fantastic. My name is inside that book as well. Whoo hoo! That was a nice surprise.

I would love to see this series as a movie (and the video trailer sure looks like a great intro to that option.) I should mention because I thought this was funny that my son was at a friend's house when The Gift was out and a friend of his had bought it. He picked up the book to read the back cover and said, "Hey, that's my mom!" to which his friend said, "Cool!" She also thinks Ted Dekker is cool. I don't mind that association at all. :) This is a great series. I hope you consider starting it. You'll be hooked.

Revised the video trailer for Their Separate Ways!

Come to find out the save didn't work right on my computer so I redesigned the video tonight. I like the revised version better. It looks smoother. What do you all think???

First Love book video trailer - revised!

I revised the existing trailer with some more information so that readers get a closer picture of the storyline. This trailer reflects some things left out in the other. Do you like this one better? I hope so. This is for the October release, not the one I just made yesterday for the third book.



About the book:

Josiah and Tara had enjoyed acting in their high school plays. They had also been each other's first lover... in fact; most of the time they'd spent together had been in Tara's bed. When Josiah became a Christian, he left Tara to go to college and didn't look back.

Four years later, Josiah is back ...in town when his father has a near-fatal heart attack. When they meet up again they realize how much their separation had hurt each of them. But now Tara is a Christian and is trying to live a life that is pleasing to God.

Josiah wants Tara back, but neither knows how to relate to each other without the physical intimacy they once shared. They are determined to do things right this time, but find it more challenging than they'd anticipated.

All that is lacking is the book cover, which I haven't seen yet. This e-book releases January 1, 2010 through Desert Breeze Publishing. It's only $5.99 and it's a unique story with a lot of romance and tension for people who enjoy reading sizzling inspirationals by moi.
