The quilt that I have been working on is "Blanket of Flowers" from QuiltMaker July/august '06

I am thinking that in the outside white border of the quilt I am going to try to quilt some bees using variegated thread. Not sure if that is a good idea or if I should just stick with white on white?

I didn't get my quilt as you go done yet, but I have all the rows assembled.

I'm leaving on a trip to visit my parents in Ohio tomorrow. I will be gone for about 2 weeks.

My mother and I are going to the 40th Annual Quilt Show in Columbus, OH on Saturday. I have put fresh batteries in my camera and will show you the quilts that I see when I get back. I would post them sooner but I don't own a laptop and my parents do not have internet.

So, come back July 1st to see the pictures of the quilt show and I will have a giveaway of something new that I find at the show to share with those of you that check back.
