Happy Thanksgiving! 8-)

Hi All! Just wanted to pop in real quick today before all the Food, Festivities & Football commence to wish all my Crafty Friends out there in Blogland Celebrating today, a Very Happy, Blessed and Super Yummy Thanksgiving! ;-)  I will be heading out to the Fire Station in just a bit as my Sweet Hubby had to work today! So I am bringing lots of Yummy pies and the Fellas at the station are doing the rest of the cooking! Whoo Hoo! Ya gotta Love that! lol..;-)  Though I do have all the fixin's for my Hubby and I to have our own little mini Thanksgiving tomorrow on his day off.. ;-)
I sure Love how these turned out! I ended up needing a few more cards this year to send out to extended Family & Friends & whipped them up a few days ago. I thought they'd be especially Perfect to share with you all today! ;-)
These were pretty quick and easy.. My main BG panels were created with TE's Choice Kraft kraft CS painted with my SnowCap paint dauber, ran through my CB with the Harvest Blessing EF, and then sanded a bit so the words would show through.  The remaining BG panels were made up with a combination of various old scraps of Fall dp I've had in my stash for years now, ( I believe I got it from Michael's.) along with TE's Choice Butter Cream CS and the help of an MS border punch. My Lovely fall leaf sentiment panel's were created with the help of my trusty Cricut & the Paper Trimmings Cartridge. The My Craft SpotHappy Thanksgiving Stamp set sentiments were stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa. And to finish them all up I inked all my edges & did some shading with Vintage Photo Distress ink and added some Pretty Vintagey seam binding bows created with My Craft Spot's Gorgeous Crinkle Ribbon in Maple Leaf... 8-)  See, pretty easy peasy, huh...8-)

Hope you all have a Wonderful Holiday filled with the Blessings of Love, Laughter, Friends, Family, and lots of Yummy Turkey too! ;-)

Thanks so much for visiting!

Hi All! Hope you've all been having a Super week so far... Today I'm back to share my latest Whimsie Doodles, Doodlelicious Diva creation featuring the Super Cute Diving Leah image!...8-) Isn't she just the Cutest!...;-)
I Colored up my Sweet little Diving Leah with my trusty Copics, Fussy cut her out, and popped her up with a bit of foam tape.

I paired her up with Crate Paper's The Pier dp's and used Taylored Expression dies for the Banner and waves and a Cricut die cut for the sun.  The Fab sketch is my variation of Jen Shults's DS105.  I switched out Leah for the Focal Circle and the Sun for the tag at the top...8-)

You can find the Super SWEET Diving Leah along with a bunch more Darling images in the shop's People Digi's section.. ;-)

I cut him out with the help of my Classic Circles Large and Small Nesties sets and popped him up with a bit of foam tape. My Big fluffy clouds were created with my favorite cloud template, Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and a small stenciling brush while the die was still in place.

For my mats and BG layers, I chose a combination of kraft CS from my stash and some Fun Summery dp's from Echo Parks Paradise Beach collection. To finish it all up I added some layered waves created with my TE Wave Border Die, a few die cut clouds created with TE's Cloud Duo Dies that were embossed with TE's Waves and Bubbles Impression Plate and lastly a Cheery little Sun created with the help of my Cricut and the Life's a Beach cartridge... 8-)

Happy St. Patrick's Day! - SSS147

Hi all! Hope you had a Terrific week!  Mines been a bit Crazy and interesting to say the least.. Luckily more ups than downs, So all things considered, I call that a Pretty Good week!  But it definitely Flew by lol.. 8-) I can't believe it's already Saturday again! And you know what that means... It's time for another Fabulous Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge! Yay! 8-)  This weeks sketch was really quite the challenge for me, as it seemed to require less image and more elements.. And lately I've been a bit image happy, lol, so I really had to pull myself out of that rut, which is always a good thing to do, and think a little differently to come up with my interpretation of Korin's Fabulous Sketch! A bit of a different style for me, but I think it came out pretty well, all & all... 8-)  So without further delay, Here's is my take on Miss Korin's Fabulous Sketch...
My Mats and BG Layers and Shamrocks were created using a combination of MaryAnn Wise's Great Outdoors digi dp's and digi dp's from Anita Richards One Day at a Time collection. I created my fun little Shamrocks with the help of my Cricut and the Celebrate with Flourishes Cartridge, definitely a great one to have for Holidays..8-)  My I/O Sentiment was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black directly onto my BG after I added a touch of distressing with my Snowcap paint dauber so the polkadots would not overpower it. And to finish it all up I added some cute little buttons all tied up with some Yummy Baker's twine from MAD Stamper Finds. 8-)

Here's Miss Korin's Awesome Sketch!
I Sure hope you can play along with us at The Sweet Stop! Can't wait to see what you all come up with for this week's Sketch!
