yesterday was amazing.

the best family and friends.

as most of you know our son Jay is the sports director

at KTVB in Boise, Idaho.

yesterday, he told the sweetest story about Nate and

our Richard Sherman. i could feel Jay's pride as he

talked about his home team. 

i love you, Jay!

i miss you every day.
