   Wishing everyone a happy 2026! The Send A Smile 4 Kids challenge starts the new year with the theme of sport themed cards for kids.

   I have used a printed image and design paper from one of the old bumper packs from Lili of the Valley together with ribbon and craft card. The sentiment was computer generated.

   The first Send A Smile 4 Kids challenge of 2025 has the theme 'make new friends but keep the old' and they would like you to use a stamp.

   I have used an old Lili of the Valley stamp which is new to me called 'my favourite friends' and coloured it using ProMarkers. The sentiment is computer generated. I have used paper strip off cuts to form a frame to the design before mounting it onto the card.

C is for carols

    For this Christmas card I decided to use non traditional colours of black and purple. I have coloured the stamped Lili of The Valley image called 'A Christmas Carol' using Promarkers and cut it out using a tattered Lace byzantine die. I added a bow and a peel off greeting which I coloured using permanent pens.

Alphabet bears

    I used these adorable digi alphabet bears from LOTV to create a card for my great niece. They were coloured using Promarkers. The happy birthday letters were generated using the computer and again coloured using Promarkers. The rosette was cut using a Tattered Lace die and the whole design was matted and layered onto pink and then white card.

Yum yum Christmas pudding

   Searching through my card blanks I came across some long narrow pearlescant ones and thought this LOTV stamp called Christmouse pudding and coloured using Promarkers would be used the image to use on it. I then searched through my stash of peel offs and found the vertical Christmas sentiment which just fitted and some waste peel off that I could use as edging.

    Just a quick card using the LOTV stamp red squirrels Christmas tree. I have coloured using Promarkers, matted it onto gold card and added a sentiment cut from mirri card.

Under the lamp

   This is another stamp from Lili of the Valley. It is called In the Lamplight and I have coloured it using Promarkers and matted it onto red mirri.

Wee kings

   The LOTV stamp used for this card is called three wee kings and I immediately thought of the Christmas carol We three kings. Hence the sentiment. The image ias coloured using Promarkers and then matted onto copper mirri.

   I have coloured this Lili of The Valley stamp using Promarkers and added polar white Flowersoft to make it look wintery. I then matted and layered it onto silver mirri and white card.

Lots of letters

   Here is another card using a Lili of the Valley stamp. This one is called Lots of Letters. I have coloured it using Promarkers and Distress Ink and matted and layered it onto silver mirri, pale blue card, dark blue card and white card. Using a punch I made some mini envelopes to embellish the card.

Halloween

   This month the theme for the Send A Smile 4 Kids challenge is cute fall or halloween.
   I matted paper printed using the My Craft Studio CD ROM called Mystical Wonders onto purple card and after wrapping ribbon horizontally round it matted it onto white card.
   The image stamped using  the Lili of the Valley stamp called Halloween was coloured using Promarkers and matted onto purple card cut using a Tattered Lace pearl circle die. Finally I added three gems to the bottom left hand corner of the card.

Taking it easy

   Today there is a new challenge at Crafty Cardmarkers the theme of which is masculine.
   I have used a Lili of the Valley stamp called Take it easy and coloured it using Promarkers. Rather than cut it out in the usual rectangular shape I decided to use a triangular shape to add to the matting and layering. I then added a sentiment.

Pedal power

   This fortnight the Crafting From the Heart challenge is just for fun.
   I have dug out an old favourite stamp from LOTV called 'Annabel - pedal power' and coloured it using Promarkers. I used a Tattered Lace decorative oval die coloured using a gold metallic Promarker pen to frame it. I then matted and layered it onto brown card around which I had previously wrapped satin ribbon and cream card. I then added a bow and gold peel off sentiments.

Penguin pals

   The theme for this fortnight's challenge at Send A Smile 4 Kids is fall or holiday wishes along with anything goes.
   I matted paper printed using a Debbi Moore CD ROM onto red mirri and wrapped ribbon round it horizontally and vertically before matting onto white card. The Lili of the Valley stamped image called penguin pals was coloured using Promarkers and also matted onto red mirri. In all cases the corners were rounded using a punch. Finally I addd a bow.

Halloween

   This is a  card I made as a guest designer for the Whoopsi Daisy challenge that begins today.
I have used the Lili of the Valley Halloween stamp. I began by masking the image and colouring the sky using various Distress inks and then finished the colouring using Promarkers. The design was then matted and layered onto green and then purple card.

   I just love the alphabet bear digis form Lili of the Valley so have used them to begin my computer generated words. New baby

   A few days ago I made a card for a baby boy, so to keep the balance here is a card for a baby girl.
   The stamp used for this card is from Lili of the Valley and is called cosy pram. I coloured it using Promarkers and after matting it onto pink card attached lace around the edge. I then matted it onto card from Hunkydory which in turn had been matted onto more of the pink card and white card. The two little embellishments were printed using Tattered Lace's Charisma bunny CD ROM and then fussy cut. The sentiment was cut from pink card and offset onto the sentiment cut from white card using a die from Tattered Lace's wedding words set.
