April Showers

The new challenge at Crafty Cardmakers and More would like you to combine two or more stamps in your creation.
I have used stamps from Jayne Nestorenko's Adorable summer collection called 'April showers'. I began by stamping  the little girl with her umbrella. I then masked this and stamped the steps behind her. Using one of the little stamps in the set I stamped the cobbles and raindrop. I then used the corner stamp twice. The whole design was coloured using Promarkers and then matted and layered onto mirri card and white card. I finished the card with a sentiment from the same set.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Penny Black and More - stencils, masks and embossing folders (I've used masking)
   Cute Card Thursday - colourful
Scribble and Scrap - anything goes
Make My Monday - bright and cheery colours
Party Time Tuesday - anything goes
   Dream Valley - anything goes
Open Minded Crafting - movie inspiration (Singin' in the Rain)
   Creative Moments - anything goes
   Penny's Paper-Crafty - anything goes
Word Art Wednesday - anything goes

The Paper Shelter - all wrapped up
Without Words - dreaming of spring (spring showers)

The choir boy

For this card I used stamps from Jayne Nesorenko's Adorables set from Crafter's Companion called 'Praising' and the masking technique. It was coloured using Promarkers and once I had matted it onto red mirri card I added glitter to the tree and corner decoration.
For the background of the card I embossed white card using the Darice snowflake background folder. Having wrapped ribbon round the lower half  I  also matted and layered this onto red mirri card and white card. A stamp phrase matted onto another piece of red mirri card finished it.

I wish to enter this card into the following challenges:
Scrapbook Stamp Society - anything goes with optional dry embossing
   Fab'n'Funky - anything goes
   Creatalicious - Christmas time
Craftyhazelnut's Christmas extra - anything goes
   Crafty Sentiments Designs - Christmas
   Stamping Sensations - Christmas
   Dream Valley - CAS
Little Claire's Designs - Christmas theme
   Crafter's Companion - Christmas/winter

Wishing line

The stamps used here are from Jayne Nesorenko 'Wishing line' from the cute companions collection from Crafter's Companion. The wishing line was stamped and when masked the line of trees was stamped. The image was then coloured with Promarkers and the background dusted with mowed lawn and stormy sky distress inks. I then mounted the result onto orange and yellow card before fixing to the card base. The 'best' mouse was also coloured with Promarkers and then decoupaged onto the central panel. Flowers punched from the orange and yellow card with a mini gem in the centres were added as a final touch.

I would like this card to be considered in the following challenges:
 Joanna Sheen - citrus colours
Cute card Thursday - oranges and lemons
Passion for Promarkers - create a scene
 I Love Promarkers anything goes
Whoopsi Daisy - use your markers
 Stamping Sensations - sketch/summer colours
