Something Old Something New at Incy Wincy

My something old is my papers they are from a DCWV stack that I bought many moons ago and my something new is the image and the gems. The image is called Cosmopolitan and is from Sassy Studio Designs I have coloured her completely with my cool grey promarkers apart from her drink which I used poppy & crimson and then covered in glossy accents to give it a glass like appearance.

Christmas Teddy 3

 Here's the third card I have made from this Kanban set of Teddy stamps, I have coloured him with promarkers and used crystal stickles on the furry bits of his hat. The papers are an old DCWV pad. I have added some faux stitching around the panels with a black gel pen which I have gone over with a sakura stardust pen so I have sparkly stitching. I added a die cut star again covered in stickles love these stars and this is the last one I have will need to try and find some more. 

Christmas Teddy 1

Whilst I was poorly I spent some of my time colouring some images ready to make some cards up. I inked up this set of Kanban teddy stamps that I bought recently and coloured them with promarkers and crystals stickles. This is the first of the 3 stamps in the set. I teamed some paper from DCWV with some Kraft card and a bit of green cardstock. I've embossed the green card with my snowflake folder.

 I have used Christmas Pippin the Mouse on my card which I won this time last year but never got round to using last year. As usual I have coloured him with promarkers using a sakura pen on the snowflakes on the bag to make them sparkle and some white flock on the white bits of his hat. The papers are my old element they are from a DCWV stack and the snowflakes are my new element the larger ones are cut with my new snowflake punch that arrived this week.



Mother's Day/ Girlie challenge at Incy Wincy

 This weeks challenge at Incy Wincy is to make a Mother Day / Girlie project. We are being sponsored by Kenny K this week who are offering a fantastic 3 prizes -  3 digis (1st place); 2 digis (2nd place) and 1 digi (3rd place).

 The DT were given so images to use and I choose Biker Girl who I have coloured with promarkers.I've used mainly red & black Bazill card for this card, the spotty DP is DCWV. The flowers are Papermania white ones which have been coloured to match, the gem brad in the middle of the flower is from dovecraft and the gems at the bottom are from my stash. The sentiment is a whimsy one that came with my ticket stamps it's much clearer in real life and says Live, Laugh , Love.

Who are offering 4 digi's as a prize for our winner this week. The DT were lucky enough to be given some images from the latest release I have used Sassy Skater, I have coloured her with promarkers. I have keep the card quite simple the heart paper is from DCWV, the ribbons are from Crafty Ribbons and the sentiment is fro Craftwork cards and the pink buttons came off one of Shannons old t-shirts, they are the kind with the bit on the back which I have cut off so they stick on the card.

Green & Black at Digi's With Attitude!

This week at Digi's With Attitude! our challenge is to make a card with green & black. The Dt have all used Rockband Tween on their cards and let me tell you these tweens are so much fun to colour.

 I have coloured her with promarkers adding some highlights with a sakura silver pen on her gutair and earing. The papers are from DCWV Rockstar pad.

 I used these small clear plastic stars down one side of the card and on the other side I have made a swirl with tiny black gems.

Digi's With Attitude! Anything Christmas

 This week at Digi's With Attitude our challenge is Anything Christmas a nice easy one to finish the year with. The DT have used Pugly Santa this week and what a little cutie he is. I'm going to give this card to my assistant manager at work as he often wears the same expression! Pugley is coloured with promarkers with glitter added to his trims on his hat and jumper. The paper is DCWV layered over some white glitter card at the bottom. I've added a nice green bow to finish it off.

Recipe time at Creative Craft Challenge

 This week at Creative Craft Challenge we have a recipe challenge for you, 1 ribbon 2 papers 3 brads. We are sponsored by Crafty Pad who are offering the lucky winner a fantastic stamp.

My card is another one that I made for Aimee's birthday at the end of November, She is Minnie Mouse mad at the moment so I had to make her a card with Minnie on. I found a kids colouring picture and scaled it down to the right size, printed it of and coloured it with my promarkers, adding a silver peel off for the number 5 on the balloon.  The DP's are DCWV spring stack which have been matted with silver mirri paper. The Minnie ribbon I was lucky enough to win a while back from Crafty Ribbons, I added a nice sparkly gem brad to the centre of the bow to hold it together.  

 The sentiment is printed on the computer I downloaded the walt disney font for it, then added to small flowers to the sides of it.

Colour challenge at Digi's With Attitude!

This week at Digi's With Attitude! we have a colour challenge for you we want you to use black, silver & pink. I've used Mikey Monkey for my card although I think he looks more like a Makayla! I've coloured him with Promarkers. The papers are DCWV All Dressed Up stack. The pink frame was cut with a nellie snellen die, the ribbon is some I got from Hobbycraft, the stars have been coloured with promarkers to match ashave the pearls in the corners.

More new images from Stamping Dragon Designs

This is another of Janettes new images this one is called Rupert Claus 2 which you can find here. I have coloured him with promarkers and added some glitter to his wings. The DP is DCWV ans the pale green card is coredinations which has been embossed with the swiss dots folder. the riboon is coloured to match and the ribbon poinsetta is from my loacl haberdashery shop. The sentiment is a Lilli of the Valley one.

 This is going to be a short and sweet post this week as I'm suffering with my back again at the moment and am finding it hard to sit here so, this week at Digi's With Attitude! we want to see your cards for your favourite sports or someone who loves sports. The DT have all used Grumpy Gretchen Cheerleader on their cards. I have coloured her with promarkers. The DP is DCWV spring stack, the pink stars are punched and the green ones are brads that I recieved in a stash swap. I've added some blue gems to the corners on the right.

A Recipe with Digi's With Attitude!

 This week at Digi's With Attitude! we have a recipe challenge for you Use Sparkle, Ribbon, and 2 pieces of Patterned Paper. I have used Grumpy Gretchen - Mechanic on my card and have coloured her with promarkers and added sparkle to her tools with a silver sakura pen. The pink/orange paper is from DCWV and the silver paper is embossed with a cuttlebug folder. I added a strip of ribbon behind the silver paper.
