Made a Five Nights at Freddy's Bonnie Costume for munchkin!!! love it!!!! Wishing you a Happy and Spooky Halloween!!!!!

So much fun to come up with ways to create fun costumes!!! This year our son wanted to be an animatronic from Five Nights at Freddy's so I had to come up with a way to get this done!!! so much fun!!! I loved creating this!!! it all started with a bucket from the dollar store of all things!!! then one thing led to another and sponges were involved!!! then some paper mache and fabric and paint and in the end he was the sweetest with his super grateful smile!!!

10 Minute Warm Up ....adding a little colour to my character!~!!

I am super excited about the local Fall Fair and I am having so much fun picking things to submit and create!!! I took a little break today and added some colour to this piece I worked on yesterday!!! and I think this character is adorable!!! what a riot!!!

Happy Halloween...some sweets for all of you!!!

I had a dinner party lastnight and in true Halloween Spirit I quickly altered my triple chocolate cheesecake into something a little spooky and fun...

I made some homemade chocolate ganache with cream and chocolate and poured it over each slice...then added one of these super fun Skulls made out of white chocolate...

It was so much fun!!!

I guess anything can be transformed into some Halloween fun!!!

More Halloween Goodness....how about making some fun stickers!!! free downloads for you to use...

Hi Everyone....we are like busy bees around the Studio....getting some fun gifts ready for Cole's Class....today we have our fun handmade stickers...I designed these fun pieces with some of my Halloween inspired illustrations.....You can download your set of my stickers here....so enjoy creating!!!!

I then printed them on special Matte Heavyweight waterproof papers....and used my wonderful craft punch that is 2.5 inches in diameter to knock these babies out....

Then I used another one of my most favorite tools ever....the Xyron 2.5 inch sticker maker....what a neat tool this is.....I craft all kinds of stickers with this machine....I use the permanent Adhesive for these projects and they make the coolest stickers ....don't you think!!!

and now the stickers went into these fun gift bags that will be heading to Cole's class Friday....the children will have some fun Halloween festivities in school and I hope they love my stickers and handmade goodies....

Everyone is already in Halloween Mode!!! I love a vintage Halloween!

I got another lovely note today from Pam the shop owner over at
Sew Gracious...she has the most fun collection of all things fabric....and even some cool Halloween Baskets. You have to pop by and check out her shop!!

She was in a vintage Halloween mood when she curated this fab collection titled Vintage Halloween and she was sweet enough to include my vintage cat cupcake toppers!!!

Does an artist really ever go on a vacation and not create?

There have been times I packed for my vacations and forgot some clothes...but I have never forgotten to bring some art supplies...this past mini-vacation I did pack a bunch of stuff in case I got inspired and this is what I made...and I have been inspired to create some more Halloween inspired art...so here they are!!!

Presenting my Jacks on the boxes!!! and my new spool dolls....

I am submitting these cute creations to Mixed Media Monday this week...the theme is "warm it up" and these just make me feel all warm like warm fires in the fall...the colours are all warm....and they were so fun to work on.....

All of these guys will be heading to my Etsy shop and I will be creating some new things too!!! so stop by and see all that is happening in and out of my studio....
