The week has flown by and I am so thrilled I took a little time today to work on this Valentine's Day inspired art....As many of you know I am a lover of Macarons...and this one is the sweetest of them all!!! shaped like a heart....huge and delish!!!

Paint Party Friday....Paris in the Springtime.....or shall I say Laduree in the Springtime.....

Hi Everyone.....

I hope you all had a lovely week filled with inspiration....we had another winter storm and I am so ready for Spring.....so I have been painting as inspired by Paris in the Spring time...especially Ladurée and their magical Spring windows.......

Here is an ink and watercolor piece I created as my homage to Spring in Paris with Macarons for everyone....

I am in love with all things Paris and I have a whole section of Paris inspired art in my Etsy Shop to prove it.....and this is my newest print in that section....

Tuesday 10 Minute Warm Up...made some Laduree Macaron Dolls....

Hi Everyone....and Happy Tuesday....

I did some colouring for my 10 minute warm up today and then cut and pieced these dolls together....I love their cute Laduree Macaron dresses....sometimes I can get carried away with my 10 minute warm up work each morning and that is the whole point of the exercise....just go with whatever pops into your head....

Paint Party Friday.....meet me for some Macarons.....

Hi Everyone....

Just wanted to share some of my new paintings and photos with you.....the new pieces are pyrography and paint as inspired by these scrumptious bites from one of my favorite cities...in one of my favorite cities.........they are so pretty and scream Paris...

I was lucky enough to pop in the Laduree Shop in New York City while I was there last weekend and I sampled some lovely and delightful macarons...Amazing that these are flown in from Paris every other day....and they are Happiness in a super cute package....I love everything about this shop and the decor whisks you away to Paris in a heartbeat.....

I would love to run one of these shops close to home....I guess we all can dream a little bit!

In the meantime I will keep drawing and painting and eating Macarons!!!!

Paint Party Friday.....mmmmmmmmm is for Macaron....French Macarons....

Hi Everyone...

It is Friday and the start of a super long weekend for us....one last hurrah before School starts on Tuesday....so I am celebrating with some French Macarons.....they are so pretty and always make me smile....and I am getting better at baking these too.....It is amazing how many ways you can change this one simple cookie with special fillings and amazing colours....

I am in love with all things Parisian....and a trip to Paris would not be complete without a stroll to Ladurée for a box of these pretties.....I always dream that one day they may contact me to work on some super cool art for their shop! how sweet would that be.....

I am sharing these zero calorie virtual treats with all of you...I am so grateful you visit my blog!

Paint Party Friday....Another trip to Paris.....
