Refresh...ment...al!

It took me half of my day to complete this. Guess I am getting old that I almost forgot my own tutorials of this pouch..... what a shame!

Hakeem has requested for this blue retro design about a week now and it will be posted today.

I am neglecting my little shop somehow and orders coming was taken by Darr... Thanks Darr!

IN BETWEEN

After the Eid I was quite busy doing some errands and attending open-house gatherings from close friends and relatives. My sewing corner was functioning well though, and lately I am doing flowers for Naiz of our local Hexagon Games ....

Do you ever feel bored Diah?????? Of course I do....... stressful like anyone else.....

But mind you I have what I call 'IN -BETWEEN'

These are few things that I had done to snuggle out of the blues, all sewing related for sure ......

WRIST POUCH turns CUTIE BAG

Well, much hope that readers here are not bored with my pouches..... :)

This is for Amy Ezora of e-Zora Boutique and she requested for a different strap. Here is the result..... mmmm not bad, and it turns out to be a CUTIE BAG!










Managed to sew another two of the same design for my sewing room.

WRIST POUCH...... last but not last!

As usual after sending off hubby to the bus terminal then came home, the sewing room will be my first target. While the washing machine was mumbling and rambling taking over the laundry from me, I was happily sewing and listening to the local radio station - Kedah FM.

Now here is the result.......... Darr, mama have these for you! Are you happy?


Now I am off to the wet market to get some fresh ingredients for the Hari Raya menu tomorrow.......

WRIST POUCH........ enough!

When Amalina left and turn the next block, disappeared from my sight I instantly remembered my girl NIA and have to make one to match her baju raya too (so did Amalina said about her pink pouch)...... Drooling I went and completed this. Just a perfect gift for her..... I knew that she would not read this cos she is soooooo engross with her new 'toy' (not to worry for DARR cos she has three in hand).

P/S Before I could conclude this entry DARR called and told me that she has only TWO, one was given to her cousin, and insisted that I make another two of her own fabric choice.............. now what!!!!!!! GIRLS ARE GIRLS...... COULD NEVER HAD ENOUGH OF ANYTHING.............. Grrrrrrrrrr!
Will make TWO for you Darr..... cos I LOVE you two, three, four, five.....

WRIST POUCH......yet another!

A visitor came this early morning about 7.56am, Amalina, SIKAKITULIS at my sewing room to pick up this .............. she managed to urge me to do one piece of the pouch for her. How could I refused when she sounds like my daughter who was so desperately need one for this 'Eid!

Drive carefully dear..... on her way to Sri Iskandar to collect her sister. And both will proceed to Kuantan............ All my prayer to your safety. InsyaAllah....

YUMMY COLOURS - WRIST POUCH

WRIST POUCH

The whole of yesterday was spent making these and completed last night. So really exhausted that can't lift even a finger anymore.... and went to sleep like a log....... :)

Feeling fresh today and here are some of the completed wrist pouches ready to be delivered. Oh... more coming... Hope I will get through to the end......of the list!

WRIST POUCH

It was rained outside and just the right time to make another wrist pouch for someone.

I took the opportunity to make another extra pieces for my little shop which had been left neglected quite sometimes. Finished 3 before I went for a nap in the sound of pouring rain outside.....hope it was only drizzled...

So fatigued after dusting my sewing room....

A GIFT

Have made this yesterday for somebody that is far yet feel quite close to me. I did not know that few days back was her birthday, until I read her blog. So it is the best time to give her something that came out from my own hands... even how simple and plain it was.

I know she will appreciate this.....HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY LANI CLAYTON LASKOWSKI may you be showered with many happy returns of the day!


P/S Ar per today June 14th, 09, Lani has received this... a little bundle of joy to her. I am so glad and happy for her.....!

WRIST POUCH AGAIN

Apart from other activities that I face each day I managed to make these subsequently for DARR to cater for her blog.










She requested for two sizes each fabric designs.

ROSE WRIST POUCH

Finally I have some lovely fabrics to substitute my little red cherries for the wrist pouch....

Today I strolled round town to get some suitable fabrics, and found an english roses and abstract designs. Return home and produced these little beauties ... 3 completed to my surprise.

These are for my daughter DARR's blog. She manages my little shop (I neglect my shop for quite sometimes). Many more to sew and decide to concentrate on this design and give a priority.

CHERRY POUCH LAST PIECE

This is my last piece for the cherry fabric and it is for a dear friend and I shall post it to her very soon, hoping that she is happy to receive this little gift.

It seems that I have known her for ages and we always give some positive comments and encouraging words regarding our passions on sewing. She is very talented and strive for her best in whatever her ordeal in her craft world... I love her courage.


Who is that lucky girl....... Could it be you? I know I have to be fair to all.... I am trying and everyone has a chance, just sooner or later.

CHERRY POUCH AGAIN!

This is another of cherry wrist pouch which was done by our dear Balkhis. She bought the kits quite sometimes ago, but finally she managed to get it sewn last weekend over my sewing room.

I know she has a long list of fans waiting for this pouch.... Well done Khis!

Finished off 1/2 meter of this gorgeous fabric with 4 same designs .... and left me nothing..... to call my cherry pouch.... Bye cherry!

Look at her! She will never let go of her new pouch, even during the photo shoot.... eh?

DARR'S WRIST POUCH

Today I am totally in good mood of doing something small and fast. This is what I have made for my Darling Daughter Darr.

"Sorry, mama a bit busy and kept my promise too long to make this pouch of yours"

From beginning to completion time I took almost three hours. Have the design done quite sometimes ago, just increased the measurement by an inch all around. This is what she requested about few months back. The one made before was a little bit smaller.... wonder what will she put inside.....I will check then!
