1 ramo de coentros frescos (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;
 sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Preparação&lt;br /&gt;Descasque a abóbora e corte-a em pedaços médios de 2cm. Numa panela coloque a abóbora e acrescente água sem cobrir todos os pedaços. Tape e deixe cozinhar em lume brando. Tempere com sal e quando estiver bem cozida e macia, junte a farinha de milho e mexa bem com uma colher de pau. Ao mexer vai desfazendo a abóbora e fica tudo em puré. A quantidade da farinha de milho é a gosto, conforme a consistência desejada. Deixe cozinhar em lume brando cerca de 5mn e depois junte o queijo ralado. Leve a água a ferver em cachão e junte as especiarias, sal e o arroz. Neste caso como a água vai ser escorrida, pode colocar uma quantidade maior de sal. Mexa e deixe cozinhar cerca de 10-12mn sempre em lume forte, com o tacho destapado. Quando estiver cozido, junte um copo de água fria para parar a cozedura e retire do lume. Escorra e passe mais um pouco com água. Deixe escorrer. Pode utilizar assim ou guardar para juntar mais tarde a caldos já preparados. Coloque-os num tacho, junte 1 colher de sopa de água e leve ao lume brando mantendo o tacho tapado durante cerca de 2 a 3mn. Reserve. Aqueça a restante água e junte a alga até que ela absorva o líquido e se dissolva. Adicione ao grão. Polvilhe com o amido e mexa bem para envolver. Por fim, junte a salsa e a mistura dos legumes. Tempere a gosto. Se necessário adicione mais água ou amido. Deve ficar uma massa espessa para se poder formar os bolinhos com a ajuda de 2 colheres de sopa. Coloque-os num tabuleiro de ir ao forno forrado com papel vegetal ou base de silicone. Leva assar em forno a 180º por cerca de 30mn ou até ficarem tostados.&lt;/div&gt;
