Oh what fun I had stitching this one!



It was very enjoyable, right down to the last stitch :-)



It was stitched on the recommended Ale linen (from Picture This Plus), I used 36 count, with the threads called for except I used GAST Cinnamon for the bunny because the Sable I had was just Ugly, (if you look ugly up in the dictionary, I'm pretty sure you'll see my skein of Sable)!



So what is it with this designer anyway? I just love all of her designs! Not to mention, she's cute as a button! She just doesn't know how to put out something I don't like!

Aw, this was our baby Astro back in December of 2006! He was too cute! Found the picture on the old computer and thought I'd share it again, it was probably posted on the old blog...

Anyhoo...we're in the middle of a big move here, the reason behind my absence from blogging. I MISS posting!! Once we're all in at the new house and the holiday merriment ensues (which hopefully will happen before the holidays are over, lol), I'll be back!

In the meantime, hope you are staying warm, stitching much and enjoying the season!

must love pugs

Since I really don't have any stitching to show, I wanted to share this video from YouTube, of a little girl and her Pug. The music is one of my favorite songs, I cry just about every time I hear it, and this video was no exception. It's absolutely adorable, please take a few minutes to watch it and read the great quotes they included.

Check out Astro's Blog for some recent pictures of our pups. I still haven't gotten a good picture of my recent finishes to share here...so much rain and just busy with work and resting.
Sorry about that. Don't give up on me. If it stays cool this week I even plan on making some cupcakes for my friend and her family and will be sure to get pics of that too!

This is an apron my friend made for me for my birthday, being modeled by one of my daughters, who is covered in pug hair and has a pug at her feet. It's all about the Pug here at the Cupcake Castle. Well, that and cupcakes.
